Rasmus Andersson D | LV
Golden Knights' Rasmus Andersson: Two helpers in OT win
Andersson notched two assists, one on the power play, in Wednesday's 4-3 overtime win over the Red Wings.
With the Golden Knights down 3-1 with less than nine minutes left in the third period, Andersson helped set up an Ivan Barbashev tally that sparked a rally, before also having a hand in Tomas Hertl's OT winner. Andersson snapped a five-game point drought with the performance, and it was the first time in 13 contests for Vegas that he's recorded multiple points. Since the trade that brought him over from Calgary, the 29-year-old blueliner has one goal and six points, although he's earned his keep with 28 blocked shots.

Tomas Hertl C | LV
Golden Knights' Tomas Hertl: Two points including OT winner
Hertl scored the overtime winner on the power play and added an even-strength assist in Wednesday's 4-3 victory over Detroit.
After having a hand in Mitch Marner's game-tying tally late in the third period, Marner returned the favor in OT, finding Hertl in space in front of Cam Talbot and giving the veteran room to work. It was Hertl's fourth GWG of the season, his best total in that category since 2021-22, and his 23 power-play points (13 goals, 10 assists) has tied the career high he set last season.

Mitchell Marner RW | LV
Golden Knights' Mitch Marner: Three points in Detroit
Marner produced a goal and added two assists, one on the power play, in Wednesday's 4-3 overtime win over the Red Wings.
His third-period tally tied the game at 3-3 with less than four minutes left in regulation, and Marner then helped set up Tomas Hertl for the OT winner. It was Marner's first multi-point performance since Jan. 29, and in four games since the Olympic break he's collected a goal and four points.

Adin Hill G | LV
Golden Knights' Adin Hill: Hangs on for OT win
Hill made 23 saves in Wednesday's 4-3 overtime win over the Red Wings.
Detroit scored three times in the first period on 11 shots, but Hill regained his focus at the intermission and shut the door the rest of the way. The 29-year-old netminder has won two of three starts since the Olympic break while working in a timeshare with Akira Schmid, but Hill's given up 12 goals on only 67 shots (.821 save percentage) during that time. It remains to be seen whether Vegas will be content with its goaltending situation at the trade deadline.

Elias Pettersson C | VAN
Canucks' Elias Pettersson: Notches pair of assists
Pettersson had two assists, including one on the power play, and added two PIM, two shots on net and two blocked shots in Wednesday's 6-4 loss to the Hurricanes.
Pettersson hasn't scored in his last 15 NHL games, earning nine assists in that span. The 27-year-old put up two goals over five contests at the Olympics, both coming in Sweden's win over Slovakia in round-robin play. Pettersson is at 13 goals, 22 helpers, 91 shots on net, 47 hits, 89 blocked shots and a minus-17 rating over 52 appearances. Fantasy managers will want to hold onto him through the trade deadline to see if he gets a change of scenery, but it's looking less likely he'll get back to stardom as long as he's in Vancouver.

Nils Hoglander LW | VAN
Canucks' Nils Hoglander: Gets first goal of season
Hoglander scored a goal in Wednesday's 6-4 loss to the Hurricanes.
This was Hoglander's first tally of the campaign and his first point in six outings. The 25-year-old got a look on the top line at even strength, though he was still limited to 11:39 of ice time. Hoglander has mostly been a bottom-six player when in the lineup this year, collecting three points, 21 shots on net, 31 hits and a minus-1 rating over 22 appearances.
-
Brock Boeser RW | VAN
Canucks' Brock Boeser: Power-play tally in loss
Boeser scored a power-play goal on three shots and added seven hits in Wednesday's 6-4 loss to the Hurricanes.
Boeser hadn't logged more than two hits in any game this season prior to Wednesday. The 29-year-old winger has two points over four games since he came back from a concussion. He's up to 13 goals, 27 points, 119 shots, 40 hits and a minus-33 rating over 54 appearances on the year.
-
Marco Rossi C | VAN
Canucks' Marco Rossi: Collects two power-play points
Rossi scored a goal and added an assist, both on the power play, in Wednesday's 6-4 loss to the Hurricanes.
Rossi had been held off the scoresheet in the Canucks' first three games after the Olympics. The 24-year-old center is still trying to settle in with his new team, though he's in a position to succeed on the second line. Overall, he has 17 points, 42 shots on net, 19 hits, 23 blocked shots and a minus-15 rating through 29 appearances between the Canucks and the Wild this season.
-
Filip Hronek D | VAN
Canucks' Filip Hronek: Three points in loss
Hronek scored a goal on two shots, dished two assists, added four hits and went plus-2 in Wednesday's 6-4 loss to the Hurricanes.
Hronek was a bright spot despite the loss. He scored in the first period and then helped out on tallies by Brock Boeser (on the power play) and Nils Hoglander over the final two frames. Hronek had gone six games without a point prior to Wednesday. The defenseman is now at six goals, 29 helpers, 88 shots on net, 101 hits, 82 blocked shots, 18 PIM and a minus-1 rating over 61 appearances this season, production nearly identical to what he did last year.

Nikita Tolopilo G | VAN
Canucks' Nikita Tolopilo: Takes loss in relief outing
Tolopilo allowed a goal on 10 shots in relief of Kevin Lankinen in Wednesday's 6-4 loss to the Hurricanes.
While Tolopilo had the better performance of Vancouver's two goalies, he was also responsible for the decisive goal, which Nikolaj Ehlers potted just under a minute after Tolopilo entered the contest. This was Tolopilo's fourth loss in a row (0-2-2), and he's given up 12 goals on 116 shots over those four appearances. The 25-year-old is now at a 3-5-2 record with a 3.27 GAA and a .901 save percentage in 12 appearances. He should get a start soon, as the Canucks visit the Blackhawks on Friday and the Jets on Saturday for a back-to-back set.
