  • Avalanche's Artturi Lehkonen: Labeled week-to-week

Lehkonen (upper body) is considered week-to-week, Evan Rawal of the Denver Gazette reports.

Lehkonen was hurt Monday versus the Kings and will be out for at least a few games. If the Avalanche are able to make trades before Friday's deadline, Lehkonen could land on injured reserve to clear a roster spot. It remains to be seen when he'll be able to get back into the lineup.

  • Wild's Michael McCarron: Dealt to Wild

McCarron was traded from the Predators to the Wild in exchange for a 2028 second-round pick, per Michael Russo of The Athletic.

McCarron was a late scratch from Nashville's lineup ahead of Tuesday's game prior to the trade being announced. The 30-year-old forward has five goals, 12 points, 86 shots on net, 165 hits and 65 blocked shots across 59 games this season. The 6-foot-6 center will bolster Minnesota's depth up the middle of the ice and will provide physicality from a role anywhere in the Wild's bottom nine. With the Wild making a push towards the top of the Central Division, McCarron is in line to benefit from the team's lethal offense, giving him a slight boost in fantasy formats.

  • Golden Knights' Mitch Marner: Good to play Tuesday

Marner (illness) will play against Buffalo on Tuesday, per the NHL media site.

Marner will not miss any playing time after dealing with an illness Monday. He has amassed 16 goals, 59 points and 118 shots on net across 59 appearances this season. Marner should occupy a top-six role and see time on the top power-play unit in Tuesday's contest against the Sabres.

  • Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Good to go Tuesday

Theodore (illness) will play Tuesday versus the Sabres, per the NHL media site.

Theodore was considered questionable for Tuesday, but he appears to be healthy enough to handle his usual top-four role. The defenseman has been limited to just one assist over his last 10 outings, so he'll look to get his offense back on track.

  • Boone Jenner C | CLB

Blue Jackets' Boone Jenner: Absent from Tuesday's lineup

Jenner (undisclosed) will miss Tuesday's clash against the Predators.

The team described his absence as being for maintenance and said that he's day-to-day. The captain has compiled eight goals, 19 assists, 94 shots on net, 98 hits and 45 blocked shots across 45 games this season. His status will be closely monitored ahead of the team's matchup against Florida on Thursday.

  • Capitals' Aliaksei Protas: Out for personal reasons

Protas will not play Tuesday versus the Mammoth for personal reasons, Sammi Silber of The Hockey News reports.

Protas will have a few extra days to attend to the matter before the Capitals' next game, which is Saturday in Boston. Hendrix Lapierre should be in the lineup, while Connor McMichael will step into a second-line spot in Protas' absence.

  • Blue Jackets' Zach Werenski: Unavailable Tuesday

Werenski (illness) won't play against Nashville on Tuesday, according to Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site.

Werenski will miss his second straight game and will remain day-to-day ahead of Thursday's matchup against Florida. He has amassed 20 goals, 65 points, 195 shots on net and 68 blocked shots across 54 appearances this season.

  • Predators' Justus Annunen: Tending twine in Columbus

Annunen will guard the road goal versus the Blue Jackets on Tuesday, Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers reports.

Annunen is set for the second half of a back-to-back after Juuse Saros tended the twine in Monday's 4-2 loss to the Red Wings. Annunen's last start was a win over the Blackhawks last Thursday, in which he stopped 21 of 23 shots. The Blue Jackets are also playing for the second straight day after Monday's 5-4 overtime win over the Rangers.

  • Canucks' Victor Mancini: Headed back to majors

Mancini was recalled from AHL Abbotsford on Tuesday.

With Tyler Myers being held out of the Canucks' lineup during potential trade talks, Mancini was likely called up to ensure that Vancouver will have six healthy defensemen ahead of Wednesday's game. The 23-year-old Mancini is still hunting for his first NHL point through 10 games this season, but he's made a solid impact with Abbotsford, posting 12 points, a plus-1 rating and 52 shots on net across 33 appearances. Expect Mancini to step into Vancouver's third defensive pairing in the team's clash against the Hurricanes on Wednesday.

  • Golden Knights' Alexander Holtz: Dealing with injury

Holtz (upper body) isn't expected to play against Buffalo on Tuesday, per SinBin.vegas.

Holtz will miss at least one game after being absent from the team's morning skate. He hasn't earned a point in nine NHL appearances this season while posting 10 shots on goal and 16 hits. With Holtz and Mark Stone (upper body) unavailable, Raphael Lavoie will suit up against the Sabres on Tuesday.
