  • Kings' Anton Forsberg: Set to start Monday

Forsberg will be between the home pipes Monday against the Avalanche, per the NHL media site.

Forsberg is coming off his best performance of the season -- he posted a 29-save shutout in Saturday's 2-0 win over Calgary. Prior to that game, he had allowed at least four goals in three straight appearances, a stretch in which he went 0-2-0 with 13 goals allowed on 68 shots (.809 save percentage). The 33-year-old will have his hands full Monday against the league's top team, as the Avalanche rank first in the NHL in both goals per game (3.79) and shots per game (34.2).

  • Nick Seeler D | PHI

Flyers' Nick Seeler: Injured in Toronto

Seeler has been ruled out for the remainder of Monday's game in Toronto because of a lower-body injury.

Seeler recorded one shot and a minus-1 rating in 6:01 of ice time prior to exiting the game. Until more information becomes available regarding his status, the 32-year-old defenseman should be considered day-to-day ahead of Thursday's matchup against Utah.

  • Travis Konecny RW | PHI

Flyers' Travis Konecny: Missing second game of season

Konecny (upper body) is unavailable for Monday's game in Toronto, according to Jackie Spiegel of The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Konecny will miss his second game of the season Monday after being deemed a game-time call earlier in the day. The Flyers announced that Konecny is considered day-to-day due to his upper-body injury, per Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia. Owen Tippett will move up to the top line next to Trevor Zegras and Christian Dvorak as a result of Konecny's absence. The Flyers' next game is at home Thursday versus the Mammoth.

  • Golden Knights' Mitch Marner: Dealing with illness

Head coach Bruce Cassidy said Monday that Marner is dealing with an illness, Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

Following Sunday's 5-0 loss in Pittsburgh, the Golden Knights have an illness going around the room, which includes Marner, Shea Theodore and another unnamed player. The 28-year-old Marner should be considered questionable for Tuesday's road matchup against the Sabres. Alexander Holtz would more than likely draw into the lineup if Marner can't suit up in Buffalo.

  • Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Under the weather

Head coach Bruce Cassidy told reporters in Buffalo on Monday that Theodore is contending with an illness, per Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

It's unclear if Theodore's illness will impact his availability for Tuesday's game in Buffalo. If the left-shot blueliner ends up sitting out against the Sabres, Ben Hutton will draw into the lineup.

  • Isaac Howard LW | EDM

Oilers' Isaac Howard: Sent back down

Howard was reassigned to AHL Bakersfield on Monday, according to Jason Gregor of Sports 1440 Edmonton.

Howard was called up earlier Monday but will head back to the minors in short order. He was brought up for cap-related reasons, per Gregor. Howard has played well with the Condors in 2025-26, generating 14 goals, 32 points and a plus-8 rating over 30 outings.

  • Blue Jackets' Zach Werenski: Not playing Monday

Werenski (illness) will not suit up for Monday's road divisional matchup against the Rangers.

Werenski will miss his fifth game of the season Monday and first since Dec. 31. The all-world blueliner will be replaced in the lineup by Egor Zamula, who has been a healthy scratch in four straight games, for Monday's contest in New York City. Werenski will look to be ready for the second half of a back-to-back at home versus Nashville on Tuesday.

  • Kings' Jacob Moverare: Given non-roster playing status

Moverare (personal) was designated as a non-roster player Monday.

Moverare has been a frequent healthy scratch this season -- he has no points while averaging 8:47 of ice time over 15 appearances. Angus Booth, who was recalled from AHL Ontario ahead of Monday's game against the Avalanche, is poised to make his NHL debut on the third pairing as a result of Moverare and Drew Doughty (lower body) being unavailable.

  • Angus Booth D | LA

Kings' Angus Booth: Called up Monday

Booth was recalled from AHL Ontario on Monday, John Hoven of SiriusXM NHL Network Radio reports.

Booth has been shuffled between the AHL and NHL over the past few days, as he was recalled by the Kings on Saturday before being sent back down Sunday. He'll rejoin Los Angeles a day after being sent down. The 21-year-old hasn't yet made his NHL debut, but he's recorded a goal, nine assists and 26 PIM over 43 appearances with Ontario this year.

  • Joel Armia RW | LA

Kings' Joel Armia: Shifts to IR

Armia (upper body) was placed on injured reserve Monday, per the NHL media site.

The Kings recalled Jared Wright from AHL Ontario in a corresponding move. Armia will miss his second straight game against Colorado on Monday. He also won't be an option to play against the Islanders on Thursday. It remains unclear when he will return to the lineup. He has 10 goals, 20 points, 66 shots on net and 55 hits in 53 appearances this season.
