Joey Daccord G | SEA
Kraken's Joey Daccord: Tending twine Monday
Daccord was the first goalie off during Monday's morning skate, Mike Benton of the Kraken Audio Network reports, indicating that he'll draw the home start against the Hurricanes.
Daccord has picked up wins in five of his last six starts dating back to Jan. 25, going 5-1-0 with a 2.17 GAA and .926 save percentage during that time. He made a road start against Carolina on Jan. 10, turning aside 33 of 36 shots (.917 save percentage) in a 3-2 loss.

Adam Wilsby D | NSH
Predators' Adam Wilsby: Deemed week-to-week
Wilsby (lower body) won't play against Detroit on Monday and is week-to-week.
Wilsby sustained the injury in Saturday's 3-2 overtime loss to Dallas. He has chipped in one goal, 11 assists, 47 shots on net and 37 blocked shots over 45 games this season. Justin Barron will replace Wilsby in Monday's lineup against the Red Wings.

Juuse Saros G | NSH
Predators' Juuse Saros: Defending cage Monday
Saros will be between the pipes at home versus Detroit on Monday, Brooks Bratten of the Predators' official site reports.
Saros currently sits second in the NHL in starts (45), just two behind Utah's Karel Vejmelka. The 30-year-old Saros has been struggling of late, securing only one victory in his last six outings while posting a 1-1-3 record and 4.41 GAA. Even with Saros slumping, the Predators look poised to continue utilizing him in the crease as long as their playoff hopes remain alive.

John Gibson G | DET
Red Wings' John Gibson: Patrolling crease against Preds
Gibson will defend the cage on the road versus Nashville on Monday, Brooks Bratten of the Predators' official site reports.
Gibson has featured in seven of the Red Wings' last eight contests, posting a 3-3-1 record and 2.10 GAA, including a 21-save shutout performance against Colorado. With Cam Talbot winless in his last five contests, fantasy managers can likely expect the heavy workload for Gibson to continue into the closing weeks of the season, making him a top-end fantasy target.

Marcus Foligno LW | MIN
Wild's Marcus Foligno: Designated for IR
Foligno (lower body) was placed on injured reserve Monday, Dylan Loucks of The Hockey News reports.
Even with a retroactive designation, Foligno will have to miss at least the next two games due to his lower-body injury, though the team hasn't offered a clear recovery timeline for the winger. Both Tyler Pitlick and Ben Jones should be in contention to see minutes with Foligno on the shelf.

Travis Konecny RW | PHI
Flyers' Travis Konecny: Considered game-time decision
Konecny is considered a game-time decision for Monday's matchup against Toronto for an undisclosed reason, Jackie Spiegel of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Konecny skated on the first line during Monday's morning skate but didn't participate in power-play work, and head coach Rick Tocchet said after the session that the 28-year-old is considered a game-time decision. While the nature of Konecny's issue isn't yet clear, Nicolas Deslauriers is a candidate to enter the lineup if Konecny is sidelined.

Dan Vladar G | PHI
Flyers' Dan Vladar: First goalie off Monday
Vladar was the first goalie to leave the ice Monday, Mark Masters of TSN reports, indicating he'll guard the road cage against Toronto.
Vladar has appeared in seven of the Flyers' last eight contests, posting a 2-2-2 record and 2.23 GAA along the way. It seems the Flyers are content to continue giving the 28-year-old backstop a heavy workload ahead of Samuel Ersson. On the year, Vladar needs just two more victories to reach the 20-win mark for the first time in his NHL career.

Gage Goncalves C | TB
Lightning's Gage Goncalves: Out for at least two games
Goncalves (undisclosed) won't be available for the start of Tampa Bay's four-game road trip, which begins against Minnesota on Tuesday, according to Erik Erlendsson of LightningInsider.com.
Goncalves will also sit out Thursday's matchup against Winnipeg, and he could miss additional playing time afterward. He sustained the injury in Saturday's 6-2 loss to Buffalo. He has produced seven goals, 20 points, 50 shots on net and 58 hits across 54 appearances this season. Due to the absence of Goncalves, Oliver Bjorkstrand is in line to occupy a top-six role.

Karel Vejmelka G | UTA
Mammoth's Karel Vejmelka: Gives up four goals in loss
Vejmelka stopped 24 of 28 shots in Sunday's 4-0 loss to the Blackhawks.
Vejmelka gave up at least one goal in each frame, including two in the second period. He's allowed four or more goals in three of his last seven starts, a stretch in which he's gone 3-4-0 with a 3.03 GAA and an .893 save percentage. Those numbers aren't exciting at all from a fantasy perspective. His next chance to suit up will be Tuesday at home against the Capitals, a game that will also mark the start of a five-game road trip for the Mammoth.

Dominic James C | TB
Lightning's Dominic James: Set to miss next two games
James (leg) will be unavailable for Tampa Bay's next two contests, though it could be longer, Erik Erlendsson of LightningInsider.com reports Monday.
James was finding his offensive game prior to getting hurt, generating three goals and one assist in his last seven outings. With Gage Goncalves (undisclosed) also on the shelf, the Lightning will need to either call up a forward from the minors or roll with seven defensemen heading into the next two games.
