David Reinbacher D | MON
Canadiens' David Reinbacher: Three assists in AHL win
Reinbacher notched three assists in AHL Laval's 9-3 win over Rochester on Friday.
Reinbacher went two months between multi-point efforts. He has five assists over his last nine contests. The 2023 first-round pick has a bright future, but he has yet to display a consistent scoring touch. He has 19 points and a plus-13 rating over 42 appearances in his first full AHL campaign after a knee injury cost him most of 2024-25.

Sammy Blais LW | MON
Canadiens' Sammy Blais: Scores twice for Laval
Blais scored two goals in AHL Laval's 9-3 win over Rochester on Friday.
Blais had been limited to two assists over his last six games. The winger is up to six goals and 19 points over 19 appearances in the AHL this season. He's a candidate for a call-up to the Canadiens if they need a depth option later in the campaign.

Senators' Xavier Bourgault: Two goals in AHL loss
Bourgault scored two goals in AHL Belleville's 5-3 loss to Utica on Friday.
Bourgault ended an 11-game goal drought with this performance. The forward is up to 16 goals and 43 points over 53 appearances this season, which is already easily his best AHL campaign. He earned a couple of call-ups this season but has gone scoreless in two games for Ottawa.

Reid registered three assists in OHL Kitchener's 8-2 win over Brampton on Friday.
Reid went five games without a point earlier in February, but he's earned six assists over his last three outings. For the season, the defenseman is at 12 goals and 37 assists through 49 contests. Reid is five points shy of his total from the 2024-25 regular season, when he played in 67 games.

Justin Carbonneau RW | STL
Blues' Justin Carbonneau: Hat trick, assist in QMJHL win
Carbonneau scored three goals and added an assist in QMJHL Blainville-Boisbriand's 7-1 win over Rimouski on Friday.
Carbonneau had gone four games without a goal, earning just one assist in that span. It's his longest quiet stretch all season, but he still has eight goals and 13 points over 10 contests in February. The Blues prospect is up to 45 goals and 70 points through 51 appearances this season, ranking in a tie for first in goals in the QMJHL with Anaheim prospect Maxim Masse.

Alex Huang D | NSH
Predators' Alex Huang: Adds four points
Huang scored a goal and added three assists in QMJHL Chicoutimi's 13-1 win over Drummondville on Friday.
Huang reached the 60-point mark with this performance, and he also has a career-best nine goals so far. The Nashville prospect remains a bit assist-heavy in his production, but he's taken a massive step up from his 40-point effort in 64 regular-season outings last year. Huang was selected 122nd overall in 2025.

Vaclav Nestrasil RW | CHI
Blackhawks' Vaclav Nestrasil: Gains two points in UMass win
Nestrasil scored a goal and added an assist in UMass-Amherst's 5-1 win over UConn on Friday.
Nestrasil is up to 12 goals and 14 assists in 29 games for the Minutemen this season. The Blackhawks prospect has put together a strong campaign, which also included eight points in seven games for Czechia at the World Junior Championship. Many Blackhawks prospects have had strong years, which will create significant competition for NHL jobs in the coming seasons.

Uvis Balinskis D | FLA
Panthers' Uvis Balinskis: Hurt in Friday's game
Balinskis (undisclosed) was injured versus the Sabres on Friday, and there was no update on his status after the contest, Jameson Olive of the Panthers' official site reports.
Balinskis initially returned after a trip to the locker room in the first period, but he didn't come back out for the middle frame. The 29-year-old defenseman can be considered day-to-day for now. Tobias Bjornfot would likely draw into the lineup if Balinskis can't suit up Sunday against the Islanders.

Mikael Granlund C | ANA
Ducks' Mikael Granlund: Absent again Friday
Granlund (upper body) won't play Friday versus the Jets, Zach Cavanagh of The Sporting Tribune reports.
Granlund will miss his second game in a row due to the issue. The 34-year-old forward was considered day-to-day ahead of this contest, so he may still be an option as soon as Sunday versus the Flames. The Ducks will dress seven defensemen Friday since Troy Terry (upper body) is also out.

Troy Terry RW | ANA
Ducks' Troy Terry: Out of action Friday
Terry (upper body) won't play Friday versus the Jets.
Terry saw just 13:52 of ice time Wednesday versus the Oilers, earning one assist. The 28-year-old will be replaced in the lineup by defenseman Drew Helleson, who will dress as a seventh blueliner. Terry is considered day-to-day for now, but he missed most of January due to an upper-body issue, so it's possible he's aggravated that injury.
