Ivan scored a goal and added two assists in AHL Colorado's 6-3 win over Coachella Valley on Saturday.

Ivan snapped a nine-game point drought with the effort. He's picked up just 14 points in 44 outings this season for the Eagles. He also has one assist in seven NHL contests, but if he can't show more offense in the AHL, his opportunities with the big club could disappear.

Polin scored twice in AHL Colorado's 6-3 win over Coachella Valley on Saturday.

Polin has posted nine goals and 17 points over 35 AHL outings this season. He also made two appearances with the Avalanche earlier in the campaign. The 26-year-old's modest scoring numbers likely mean he won't see many additional chances for the big club.

Stromgren has consecutive three-point efforts after an 11-game span without such a performance. For the season, the 22-year-old winger is up to 10 goals, 37 points and a plus-6 rating over 45 appearances. Stromgren has displayed growth in the last couple of AHL campaigns, so it seems to be only a matter of time before he's pushing for regular NHL minutes.

Hemming has 12 points over his last five games, and he's been held scoreless twice in that span. Overall, he's up to 22 goals and 33 helpers through 36 appearances this season. The Stars prospect has made himself comfortable as a key forward for Barrie, which is tied for first in the OHL through Saturday's action, pulling even with Brantford thanks to this win.

  • Islanders' Kashawn Aitcheson: Two of each Saturday

Aitcheson scored twice and added two assists in OHL Barrie's 7-4 win over Brantford on Saturday.

That includes eight points in seven games at the World Junior Championship.
