  • Bruins' Brett Harrison: Scores twice in AHL win

Harrison scored two goals in AHL Providence's 5-2 win over Belleville on Friday.

Harrison has four points over his last five games. The 22-year-old forward has just 16 points over 40 outings this season, one shy of matching his output from 46 regular-season contests in 2024-25. Harrison's offense has been steady from year to year in the AHL, but he's not at a level that would earn him a promotion to Boston.

  • Lightning's Brandon Halverson: Keeps rolling Friday

Halverson posted a 25-save shutout in AHL Syracuse's 4-0 win over Charlotte on Friday.

Halverson notched his second shutout in his last three outings, and he's won five starts in a row. He's matched his career high for shutouts in a season with five this year. He's 18-6-3 with a 2.18 GAA and a .912 save percentage over 28 appearances.

  • Canucks' Kieren Dervin: One of each Friday

Dervin scored a goal and added an assist in OHL Kingston's 5-1 win over North Bay on Friday.

Dervin has four multi-point efforts over his last 11 games, totaling four goals and six assists in that span. The Canucks prospect has a total of 13 goals and 21 helpers through 43 outings this season, but he's cooled down after a strong start to the campaign.

  • Blue Jackets' Jackson Smith: Three-point effort in blowout win

Smith scored a goal and added two assists in Penn State's 11-4 win over Ohio State University on Friday.

Smith is up to 11 goals and 22 points through 27 outings. He continues to impress as a scorer, matching his goal total from 68 regular-season games with WHL Tri-City last year. The Blue Jackets prospect has just a plus-3 rating, indicating he still has work to do in his own zone, but there's no doubting his offense.

  • Senators' Lucas Beckman: Posts third shutout

Beckman recorded a 29-save shutout in QMJHL Chicoutimi's 3-0 win over Rouyn-Noranda on Friday.

Beckman picked up his first shutout in six appearances with the Sagueneens, a span in which he's gone 5-1-0. For the season, he's 9-15-3 with three shutouts, a 2.91 GAA and a .913 save percentage over 29 appearances between Chicoutimi and Baie-Comeau, where he started the season. Beckman's performance has been much better for Chicoutimi, which is one of the best teams in the Q.

  • Jack Hughes C | NJ

Devils' Jack Hughes: Lights lamp twice Friday

Hughes recorded two goals in the United States' 6-2 win over Slovakia in the Olympic semifinals Friday.

Hughes elevated his scoring tally to three goals in the tournament with a pair of second-period goals in this win. Hughes might be playing in a bottom-six role for Team USA, but he has been productive with three goals and three assists so far.

  • Jack Eichel C | LV

Golden Knights' Jack Eichel: Two points vs. Slovakia

Eichel recorded an even-strength goal and a power-play assist in the United States' 6-2 win over Slovakia in the Olympic semifinals Friday.

Eichel set up Tage Thompson's goal in the first period to give Team USA a 2-0 lead, and his goal in the second period pulled Samuel Hlavaj out of the game for good. Eichel has been productive for Team USA and has six points so far in the Olympics, courtesy of two goals and four helpers.

  • Brady Tkachuk LW | OTT

Senators' Brady Tkachuk: Scores, assists Friday

Tkachuk recorded a goal and an assist in the United States' 6-2 win over Slovakia in the semifinals of the 2026 Winter Olympics on Friday.

Tkachuk participated in the build-up of the team's fourth goal, courtesy of Jack Eichel, and then he scored one of his own at the 10:52 mark of the final frame to give Team USA a 6-1 lead. Tkachuk is up to three goals and five points in five games at the tournament ahead of facing Canada in the gold-medal game Sunday.

  • Wild's Samuel Hlavaj: Pulled vs. United States

Hlavaj was pulled in the second period of Slovakia's 6-2 loss to the United States in the semifinals of the 2026 Winter Olympics on Friday after allowing four goals on 23 shots.

Hlavaj left the contest midway through the second frame when Slovakia was trailing by four goals. His exit from the contest indicates that he will probably start in the bronze-medal game against Finland on Saturday.

  • Jets' Connor Hellebuyck: Makes 22 saves in semifinal win

Hellebuyck stopped 22 of 24 shots in Team USA's 6-2 win over Slovakia in the semifinals of the 2026 Winter Olympics on Friday.

Hellebuyck allowed two goals in the final frame, but the United States had a healthy lead at that point of the game. Hellebuyck will probably get the nod again in Sunday's gold-medal matchup against Canada, which would be a much more difficult challenge.
