Luca Del Bel Belluz C | CLB
Blue Jackets' Luca Del Bel Belluz: Three-point game for Cleveland
Del Bel Belluz scored a goal and added two assists in AHL Cleveland's 6-5 overtime win over Belleville on Saturday.
Del Bel Belluz snapped a seven-game goal drought. He has a goal and seven assists over his last five outings. The 22-year-old would likely have to wait for injuries to open a spot in the Blue Jackets' lineup, but with 33 points in 30 appearances, he's been plenty productive at the AHL level.

Dustin Wolf G | CGY
Flames' Dustin Wolf: Continues California dominance
Wolf made 23 saves Saturday in a 3-2 win over the Sharks.
Wolf has been an absolute Sharks killer -- he's now 9-2-0 against San Jose. He's been dominant against California teams in general, going 16-2-2 against NHL clubs from his home state. That includes a 4-0-2 record against the Ducks and a 3-0-0 mark against the Kings. Wolf is 16-20-3 with a 3.00 GAA and an .897 save percentage in 39 appearances this season.

Joel Farabee LW | CGY
Flames' Joel Farabee: NHL co-leader in shorthanded goals
Farabee scored a shorthanded goal in the third period of Saturday's 3-2 win over the Sharks.
It was his first goal in 11 games; it came on a rebound in tight. Farabee has been skating on the Flames' second line, but he has struggled to show off the skill that resulted in a 50-point performance (22 goals, 28 assists) across 82 regular-season games in 2023-24. Farabee is tied with Joel Armia of the Kings and Ryan McLeod of the Sabres for the NHL lead with four shorthanded tallies.

Mark Jankowski C | CAR
Hurricanes' Mark Jankowski: Pots opening goal Saturday
Jankowski tallied a goal and recorded three hits in Saturday's 4-3 overtime loss to Washington.
Jankowski continued his solid month of scoring Saturday with the opening tally just over 13 minutes into regulation. Over his last 11 games, the 31-year-old center has three goals and six points, which ties him for eighth on the team. With Saturday's twine finder, he is up to five goals, 12 points, 37 shots on net, 29 hits and 29 blocked shots across 42 games this season. While he continues to heat up slowly, Jankowski is on track to post the third-highest point total of his nine-year NHL career. He had 17 points in 60 regular-season games between Nashville and Carolina a year ago. He is worth keeping tabs on as a potential streaming option in the deepest of fantasy leagues if he continues to find the scoresheet down the stretch.

Flames' Morgan Frost: Three goals in last four games
Frost had a goal on five shots and an assist in a 3-2 win over the Sharks on Saturday.

Sean Monahan C | CLB
Blue Jackets' Sean Monahan: Exits due to illness
Monahan (illness) left Saturday's game after two periods, Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers reports.

Alexei Protas C | WAS
Capitals' Aliaksei Protas: Plucks two apples in comeback win
Protas distributed two assists and placed three shots on net in Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over Carolina.
Protas slid a pair of primary helpers Saturday, with the latter of the two coming on Jakob Chychrun's game-tying goal late in the third period. Protas now has 18 assists, 36 points, 118 shots on net and 31 blocked shots through 53 games this season. Saturday's contest ended his six-game streak without an assist and helped him end January on a high note after struggling through the month, posting just six points. While he likely won't replicate the 66-point campaign he posted across 76 regular-season games a year ago, he should remain heavily involved at even strength, making him a viable fantasy option for the foreseeable future.

Cam Talbot G | DET
Red Wings' Cam Talbot: Appears in relief
Talbot made three saves in relief Saturday in a 5-0 loss to Colorado. He allowed one goal.
Talbot came into the game to start the third period. John Gibson had a rough week (0-2-1), but Talbot has had a rough month. The 38-year-old Talbot started just three times in January, and he allowed 10 goals and put up a record of 0-1-2.

Nico Sturm C | MIN
Wild's Nico Sturm: Out of lineup Saturday
Sturm (illness) won't play versus the Oilers on Saturday.
Tyler Pitlick will enter the lineup in Sturm's place. With the absence, Sturm will end January with one goal, two assists, nine shots on net and 13 hits over 14 appearances. His next chance to play is Monday versus the Canadiens.
