Jordan Greenway LW | BUF
Sabres' Jordan Greenway: Won't play Saturday
Greenway (abdomen) isn't expected to play against Montreal on Saturday.
Greenway will miss his fourth straight game. He has a goal and five points in 33 outings in 2025-26. His next opportunity to return will come Monday in Florida.

Alexandre Texier LW | MON
Canadiens' Alexandre Texier: Not playing Saturday
Texier (lower body) won't suit up for Saturday's game versus the Sabres.
Texier will be replaced by Joe Veleno in the lineup. The 26-year-old Texier recently missed two games due to a lower-body issue, so it's possible this is an aggravation of that injury. He will be day-to-day ahead of Monday's game versus the Wild.

Jake Allen G | NJ
Devils' Jake Allen: Set to face Ottawa
Allen is set to start on the road against Ottawa on Saturday, according to Sam Kasan of the Devils' official site.
Allen has a 12-12-1 record, 2.67 GAA and .906 save percentage in 26 outings in 2025-26. He'll attempt to rebound after allowing four goals on 26 shots in a 4-3 loss to Winnipeg on Tuesday. Ottawa has won its past two games while outscoring the competition 12-3.

Jake Neighbours LW | STL
Blues' Jake Neighbours: Unavailable Saturday
Neighbours (upper body) isn't expected to play Saturday versus Columbus.
This appears to be a different issue than the lower-body injury that left Neighbours as a game-time decision for Thursday's game. Neighbours has 13 goals, 22 points, 22 PIM and 104 hits in 42 outings in 2025-26. His exit from the lineup coincides with Pius Suter's (ankle) return.

Matt Luff RW | NYI
Blues' Matt Luff: Back in AHL
Luff is no longer listed on the Blues' roster, per the NHL media site, indicating he was reassigned to AHL Springfield on Saturday.
Luff was up on an emergency recall, but the return of Pius Suter (ankle) made Luff no longer necessary on the NHL roster. Luff appears to be a favorite for future call-ups if the Blues are impacted by more injuries.
-
Nick Blankenburg D | COL
Predators' Nick Blankenburg: Unavailable Saturday
Blankenburg (illness) won't play Saturday versus the Islanders.
Andreas Englund will enter the lineup for Blankenburg, who will miss at least one game while under the weather. Blankenburg's next chance to play is Monday versus the Blues. He has earned three points over his last eight contests.

Jaret Anderson-Dolan C | WPG
Jets' Jaret Anderson-Dolan: Tallies twice for Moose
Anderson-Dolan scored two goals in AHL Manitoba's 4-1 win over Rockford on Saturday.
Anderson-Dolan has had an unremarkable AHL campaign, earning eight goals and nine assists in 39 outings. His performance Saturday snapped a nine-game slump. Even with the Jets' offense showing a lot of inconsistency, Anderson-Dolan seems unlikely to get a call-up unless a number of players are traded away before the deadline.

Nils Hoglander LW | VAN
Canucks' Nils Hoglander: Remains unavailable
Hoglander (lower body) is slated to sit out Saturday's matchup against Toronto, per Brendan Batchelor of Sportsnet 650.
Hoglander is day-to-day and will miss his second straight game. He has chipped in two assists, 18 shots on goal and 28 hits through 18 appearances this campaign.
-
Nikita Tolopilo G | VAN
Canucks' Nikita Tolopilo: Expected to face Toronto
Tolopilo is expected to start at home against Toronto on Saturday, per Brendan Batchelor of Sportsnet 650.
Tolopilo has a 3-3-0 record, 3.22 GAA and .903 save percentage in eight appearances in 2025-26. He stopped all 32 shots he faced in Vancouver's 2-0 victory over Anaheim, but he missed a bit of time after being pulled by a concussion spotter, so he didn't record the shutout. Toronto has struggled with a 1-5-2 record over its past eight games, though the Leafs are set to get back William Nylander (groin) on Saturday.

Porter Martone RW | PHI
Flyers' Porter Martone: Adds three more helpers
Martone logged three assists in Michigan State University's 5-4 overtime win over Penn State on Saturday
Martone had three helpers in an outdoor game just one day after posting a goal and an assist against Penn State indoors. Martone's big weekend has him up to 15 goals and 19 assists over 24 appearances. The Flyers prospect should continue to be a leader on offense for the Spartans.
