Ilya Lyubushkin D | DAL
Stars' Ilya Lyubushkin: Joins team on road
Lyubushkin (lower body) has joined the Stars in Utah to skate with his teammates, per Robert Tiffin of D Magazine.
It wouldn't be surprising if Lyubushkin still misses Saturday's game against the Mammoth, but at the least, this is a sign that he's making good progress in his recovery. Lyubushkin has a goal, seven points, 36 PIM, 54 hits and 67 blocks in 39 appearances in 2025-26. When Lyubushkin is ready to return, he will probably serve on the third pairing, potentially in place of Alex Petrovic.

Luke Kunin C | FLA
Panthers' Luke Kunin: Manages assist in loss
Kunin posted an assist in Thursday's 5-4 loss to the Blues.
Kunin had been scratched for three of the previous five games. He drew back in since Anton Lundell (upper body) was unavailable, and Kunin ended his 13-game point drought with the assist. The 28-year-old forward has just four points, 28 shots on net, 74 hits, 31 blocked shots, 23 PIM and a minus-9 rating over 40 appearances this season. Once the Panthers get out of this recent wave of injuries, Kunin is likely to fade into a part-time role.

A.J. Greer LW | FLA
Panthers' A.J. Greer: Scores in loss
Greer scored a goal and added five PIM in Thursday's 5-4 loss to the Blues.
Greer opened the scoring at 3:12 of the first period, but that was the only lead the Panthers had all game, and it lasted just 1:34. He snapped a five-game point drought with the goal. The 29-year-old winger is up to 11 goals, 20 points, 69 shots on net, 136 hits and 83 PIM over 53 appearances. This is the best campaign of Greer's career, and he's been a bottom-six fixture throughout the season, providing grit and depth scoring for the two-time reigning champions.

Philip Broberg D | STL
Blues' Philip Broberg: First point since return
Broberg logged an assist, two shots on goal, two blocked shots, two PIM and a plus-3 rating in Thursday's 5-4 win over the Panthers.
Broberg missed one game due to a concussion earlier in January. His offense took some time to come around, as he snapped a six-game point drought with his helper Thursday on a Jordan Kyrou goal. For the season, Broberg has 16 points, 68 shots on net, 77 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating through 53 outings, mainly in a top-four role with ice time in all situations.

Justin Faulk D | DET
Blues' Justin Faulk: Earns two assists in win
Faulk recorded two assists, four shots on goal and two blocked shots in Thursday's 5-4 win over the Panthers.
Faulk has been steady recently, earning six helpers over his last eight games. The 33-year-old defenseman is up to 27 points, 103 shots on net, 97 blocked shots, 44 hits, 30 PIM and a minus-5 rating over 54 appearances this season. He's been the most reliable blueliner on the Blues' roster, and he offers decent category coverage in fantasy.

Pavel Buchnevich LW | STL
Blues' Pavel Buchnevich: Provides pair of assists
Buchnevich notched two assists and two shots on goal in Thursday's 5-4 win over the Panthers.
Buchnevich is looking good on offense lately with a goal and four assists over his last four games. Three of those helpers have come on the power play. The 30-year-old forward is up to nine goals, 21 assists, 11 power-play points, 94 shots on net and a minus-13 rating over 54 contests. While he's far from his peak performance, Buchnevich has set himself up for a strong second half of the campaign if he can keep his momentum going.

Jonatan Berggren RW | STL
Blues' Jonatan Berggren: Lights lamp in win
Berggren scored a goal in Thursday's 5-4 win over the Panthers.
Berggren ended a nine-game point drought with the tally. The 25-year-old has been in the lineup more often than not since the Blues scooped him off waivers from the Red Wings. He's now at a total of 12 points, 39 shots on net, 22 hits and a minus-4 rating over 33 appearances between the two teams this season. Berggren should continue to see steady bottom-six minutes for the Blues.
-
Oskar Sundqvist C | STL
Blues' Oskar Sundqvist: Scores in return
Sundqvist scored a goal and added two PIM in Thursday's 5-4 win over the Panthers.
Sundqvist missed four games due to an ankle injury. He returned to center the fourth line and delivered a goal just 41 seconds into the second period, putting the Blues ahead 4-2 at the time. Sundqvist is up to four goals, 14 points, 33 shots on net, 48 hits and 24 blocked shots through 40 appearances, though he's dealt with a handful of injuries already. Even when healthy, he's limited to bottom-six minutes and only occasional power-play time, so it's tough to trust him in most fantasy formats.

Robert Thomas C | STL
Blues' Robert Thomas: Might return before Olympics
Thomas (lower body) is still regarded as day-to-day, so it's possible he'll return before the Olympic break, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports Friday.
St. Louis will play against Columbus on Saturday, in Nashville on Monday and in Dallas on Wednesday before the Olympic break starts. Thomas hasn't been in the lineup since Jan. 10, and it's not guaranteed that he'll play in any of those upcoming pre-Olympics games, but the possibility still exists. The 26-year-old has 11 goals and 33 points in 42 outings in 2025-26 and should serve in a top-six capacity and on the first power-play unit when he's healthy.

Jimmy Snuggerud RW | STL
Blues' Jimmy Snuggerud: Comes up clutch Thursday
Snuggerud scored a power-play goal on five shots in Thursday's 5-4 win over the Panthers.
Snuggerud made the Panthers pay for Niko Mikkola's goaltender interference late in the third period. With nine seconds left in regulation, Snuggerud cashed in on the power play to break a 4-4 tie, giving him his third game-winning goal. Overall, he has eight goals, 19 points, 91 shots on net, 46 hits and a minus-6 rating over 42 appearances. The 21-year-old has earned four points during his three-game streak.
