White Sox's Luis Robert: Blasts first spring homer

Robert went 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBI in Saturday's Cactus League game.
Robert's name has been in trade rumors throughout the winter and that isn't likely to change unless he's dealt before Opening Day. He's put that chatter behind him, however, as he's collected four hits across his first 11 at-bats. Robert also managed his first homer of the spring Saturday, when he took Logan Evans deep.
Robert (ribs) is starting in center field and batting second in Sunday's game against the Tigers.
Robert has been dealing with soreness in his rib cage, which has kept him out of the lineup for the last two games. However, the 27-year-old outfielder will return for the regular-season finale. Since Sept. 1, Robert has slashed .237/.295/.313 with two RBI across 88 plate appearances.

Robert (ribs) isn't in Chicago's lineup for Saturday's game against the Tigers.
Soreness near Robert's rib cage prevented him from playing in Friday's game, and the issue is apparently severe enough to warrant another absence Saturday. While Robert rests, Andrew Benintendi, Dominic Fletcher and Zach DeLoach will form Chicago's outfield trio.
