76ers' Dominick Barlow: Puts forth career year in 2025-26
Barlow produced five points (2-3 FG, 1-1 FT), one rebound and one assist in 15 minutes during Sunday's 144-114 loss to the Knicks in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
Barlow put forth a quality campaign for the 76ers in 2025-26, averaging a career-high 7.7 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 0.9 steals in 23.8 minutes per tilt over 71 regular-season games (59 starts). His contract includes a $3.42 million team option for 2026-27, and it would make sense if Philadelphia brought Barlow back as a key reserve piece in the frontcourt for 2026-27.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Solid defensively in Game 2
Barlow finished with six points (3-3 FG), two rebounds, one steal and two blocks across 16 minutes in Wednesday's 108-102 loss to New York in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
Joel Embiid (hip, ankle) didn't suit up Wednesday night, but Barlow logged only three more minutes than he did in Game 1. While the 22-year-old didn't do much on the offensive end, he still got involved defensively, amassing two blocks and one steal. With Embiid uncertain for Game 3 on Friday night, Barlow may have an opportunity to continue to see more action. However, even if Embiid misses another game, Barlow will still be tough to trust for fantasy purposes.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Moves out of rotation
Barlow (coach's decision) didn't receive any playing time Thursday in the 76ers' 106-93 win over the Celtics in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals series.
A starter for Philadelphia for most of the campaign, Barlow shifted to the bench late in the regular season but didn't notice a dramatic drop in minutes. His playing time has fallen by the wayside in the playoffs, however, with Barlow being a casualty of head coach Nick Nurse trimming down his rotation to eight players. Barlow has now gone unused in two of the first six games of the series and has played single-digit minutes in two of his four appearances.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Heading to bench Saturday
Barlow is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Pistons, Tony Jones of The Athletic reports.
Barlow will play off the bench for the first time since Jan. 29, as the Sixers have elected to go with Kelly Oubre and Paul George at the forward spots. Barlow is averaging 5.9 points and 4.1 rebounds per game when deployed off the bench this season, but he's been a regular starter throughout the campaign -- he's been part of the second unit in just seven of his 66 regular-season appearances in 2025-26.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Grabs 10 boards Friday
Barlow finished with seven points (3-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist and three blocks in 26 minutes during Friday's 115-103 victory over the Timberwolves.
Barlow grabbed double-digit rebounds for just the fourth time this season and also matched his season high in blocks. Although these numbers almost certainly helped fantasy managers, the excitement levels should remain tempered. In seven games over the past two weeks, he has averaged just 4.3 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.0 blocks in 18.8 minutes per game.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Bottoms out Saturday
Barlow posted three points (1-1 FG, 1-2 FT) and two rebounds in 15 minutes during Saturday's 118-114 victory over the Hornets.
Barlow hung onto the starting spot at power forward despite the return of Kelly Oubre on Saturday, though that could change once the latter becomes further removed from his elbow injury. Over his last 10 games, Barlow has averaged a modest 7.6 points, 5.4 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 0.9 blocks in 23.9 minutes per contest.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Cleared to play Monday
Barlow (ankle) is available for Monday's game against the Thunder.
Barlow exited Saturday's contest early due to a left ankle sprain, and it initially looked unlikely he'd suit up Monday, though the forward has progressed well and has now been cleared to play. The 22-year-old was averaging 10.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.2 blocks and 1.0 steals in 28.2 minutes over his previous five contests prior to Saturday's brief appearance. Barlow has started 53 of the 60 games he's played and hasn't come off the bench when healthy since January, so he figures to slot into the starting five as usual against the Thunder.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Upgraded to questionable
Barlow (ankle) is questionable for Monday's game against the Thunder.
Barlow was previously listed as doubtful, but he's trending in the right direction. With so many injuries in Philadelphia, Barlow could see a sizable workload if he's given the green light to play.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Doubtful for Monday
Barlow (ankle) is listed as doubtful for Monday's game against Oklahoma City.
Barlow exited Saturday's 126-116 win over Utah after only four minutes of work because of a sprained left ankle. If he can't suit up, Trendon Watford would be considered the favorite to start at power forward against one of the top defensive clubs in the Association.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Done for night with ankle sprain
Barlow was diagnosed with a left ankle sprain and has been ruled out for the remainder of Saturday's game against the Jazz, Tony Jones of The Athletic reports. He finished with one point (1-2 FT) and two rebounds in four minutes.
Barlow checked out of the game with 8:19 remaining in the first quarter to get his ankle evaluated and was quickly shut down for the rest of the night. The severity of the ankle sprain won't be known until he undergoes further testing, but Barlow would appear to be at risk of missing the 76ers' next game Monday versus the Thunder.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Continues filling in serviceably
Barlow finished with 11 points (4-6 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, two assists and three steals across 21 minutes during Sunday's 109-103 victory over the Trail Blazers.
With Paul George still suspended until the March 25 matchup versus the Bulls, it looks like Barlow has a clear runway to a starting role for at least Philadelphia's next four games. Barlow has averaged 8.9 points, 3.9 rebounds, 1.1 assists, 0.9 steals and 0.9 blocks in 26.5 minutes per tilt in his last seven games, shooting 52.1 percent from the field.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Another quiet effort
Barlow racked up four points (2-5 FG), one rebound, two assists and one block over 26 minutes during Saturday's 125-116 loss to the Hawks.
Barlow is holding down the fort at power forward for the suspended Paul George, but the former continues to see little usage in the starting lineup. Barlow has averaged 5.8 points, 3.2 rebounds, 0.9 assists, 0.9 steals and 0.9 blocks in 24.8 minutes per game over his last nine contests, so fantasy managers may be able to find more appealing streaming options.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Cleared to return
Barlow (undisclosed) has checked back in to Tuesday's game against the Spurs, Adam Aaronson of PhillyVoice.com reports.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Holding down starting spot
Barlow finished with 14 points (4-7 FG, 6-8 FT), eight rebounds, one assist and three steals over 28 minutes during Sunday's 114-98 loss to the Celtics.
As long as Paul George remains suspended, Barlow appears to be locked into the starting position at power forward. However, the fourth-year forward is averaging just 7.7 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 0.9 blocks in 27.0 minutes per game over his last seven outings, so he's not seeing a lot of usage in the first unit.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Muted effort in win
Barlow chipped in nine points (4-4 FG, 1-1 3Pt), two rebounds and one steal across 31 minutes during Thursday's 124-117 win over the Heat.
This was another quiet showing for Barlow, but the minutes were at least encouraging -- he's been playing more while Paul George is serving his suspension. Over his last five games, Barlow is averaging 5.4 points and 3.2 rebounds in 26.1 minutes per contest.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Muted effort in loss
Barlow finished Thursday's 117-107 loss to the Hawks with one point (0-3 FG, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, three blocks and one steal in 22 minutes.
Barlow had quite the dud Thursday, but Trendon Watford wasn't much better off the bench for the 76ers. With Joel Embiid (knee, shin) sidelined, it was Kelly Oubre, Andre Drummond and Adem Bona who stepped up the most for Philadelphia.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Turns in full stat line
Barlow produced 13 points (6-10 FG, 1-2 3Pt), four rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals across 31 minutes during Wednesday's 138-89 loss to the Knicks.
With Paul George suspended until late March, Barlow has a clear runway to the starting job at power forward for the next month and a half or so. Barlow has delivered fairly quality numbers when part of the first unit, averaging 11.6 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.6 steals in 26.6 minutes per game while shooting 55.9 percent from the floor over his last eight contests as a starter.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Available to play
Barlow (illness) will play Wednesday versus the Knicks, Austin Krell of OnPattison.com reports.
Joel Embiid (knee) will skip Wednesday's game, so Barlow could see some more shots and minutes falling his way in his return from a one-game absence. Barlow is averaging 8.4 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 0.6 blocks per game this season.

76ers' Dominick Barlow: Questionable for Wednesday
Barlow (illness) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Knicks.
Barlow was a late addition to the injury report prior to Monday night's game against Portland, and he was ultimately downgraded to out. He's in jeopardy of missing a second straight game due to illness after being added to the injury report as questionable for Wednesday's clash.
