  • Hornets' Brandon Miller: Stays hot with team-high 29 points

Miller notched 29 points (8-17 FG, 5-11 3Pt, 8-10 FT) and eight rebounds in 34 minutes during Saturday's 118-114 loss to the 76ers. Miller came just one point short of what would have been his sixth 30-point game of the season. The star forward is on a heater for the Hornets and fantasy managers alike, scoring at least 21 points in four of his past five outings while averaging 22.0 points, 5.6 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 4.4 three-pointers in 30.5 minutes per tilt during that stretch.

  • Hornets' Brandon Miller: Notches 21 points in win

Miller amassed 21 points (7-12 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 3-3 FT), eight rebounds and three assists in 33 minutes during Thursday's 114-103 victory over New York. This was just another day in the office for Miller as the Hornets improved to 37-34. Across his last six outings, Miller is shooting 43.9 percent from the field to go with averages of 17.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 3.8 three-pointers.

  • Hornets' Brandon Miller: Efficient in win Saturday

Miller chipped in 22 points (8-12 FG, 5-9 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, three assists and one block in 30 minutes during Saturday's 124-101 win over the Grizzlies. LaMelo Ball tends to carry the Hornets offensively on a game-to-game basis, but Miller certainly made his presence felt in this game with an efficient shooting display. Miller has reached the 20-point threshold in three of his last five appearances, and he's achieved that mark in nine of his 16 contests since the All-Star break. He's been thriving as the Hornets' No. 2 option on offense this season.

  • Hornets' Brandon Miller: Leads third-quarter charge

Miller registered 25 points (8-14 FG, 5-10 3Pt, 4-4 FT), eight assists and four rebounds over 28 minutes during the Hornets' 130-111 win over the Magic on Thursday. The Hornets were looking to build on their 19-point lead coming out of halftime, and Miller aided that effort by scoring 15 points in the third quarter and finished as the team's second-leading scorer behind Coby White (27 points). It was a nice bounce-back performance from Miller, who entered Thursday's contest having shot 8-for-29 (27.6 percent) from the field in his two prior games. It was also the 11th time this season that Miller connected on at least five triples (six of which have occurred in the Hornets' 14 games since the All-Star break).

  • Hornets' Brandon Miller: Shooting woes continue

Miller finished with 16 points (6-15 FG, 4-6 3Pt), two rebounds, two assists and one steal in 26 minutes during Tuesday's 136-106 win over the Heat. Even though Miller posted a better line than the six-point dud he delivered in the loss to the Spurs on Saturday, it was still an underwhelming effort from the star wing. Miller has failed to reach the 20-point mark in five of his eight appearances in March, but the shooting woes are a new issue, as he's shooting 43.1 percent from the floor and 42.6 percent from three in that span. Over the last two games, though, that number has plummeted to 27.6 percent overall. Miller should eventually bounce back, so fantasy managers shouldn't be overly worried by his recent drop in efficiency.

  • Hornets' Brandon Miller: Double-doubles with full line

Miller contributed 22 points (7-12 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 5-5 FT), 13 rebounds, five assists, one block and two steals across 34 minutes during Friday's 128-120 loss to the Heat. Miller was hot from the jump, dropping in 16 points on nine shots over his first 13 minutes of play, and he tied his career high in rebounds. Miller has been shooting the lights out over the past three games, converting 60 percent of his shot attempts during that stretch. He'll look to keep the good times rolling Sunday in Phoenix.

  • Hornets' Brandon Miller: Sinks six triples in win

Miller recorded 26 points (9-19 FG, 6-12 3Pt, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds and two assists across 33 minutes during Saturday's 109-93 victory over the Trail Blazers. Miller led the Hornets with a game-high 26 points, reaching the 20-point threshold for a fourth consecutive contest. The third-year wing also turned in another efficient performance from beyond the arc and has knocked down multiple triples in four straight games as well. During that span, he has averaged 26.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 5.5 three-pointers and 3.0 assists per contest while shooting 56.4 percent from downtown.

  • Hornets' Brandon Miller: Drills five threes in win

Miller supplied 22 points (8-14 FG, 5-7 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds, three assists and one steal across 26 minutes during Sunday's 129-112 win over the Wizards. Miller bounced back from two poor shooting nights, finishing with 22 points and five made triples against the Wizards on Sunday. It marked Miller's third game this season shooting at least 70 percent from beyond the arc on seven or more attempts, tying for the second-most such performances in the league. The 23-year-old forward has cooled off a bit through eight games in February after an electric January, averaging 19.4 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 3.1 threes and 1.3 steals while shooting 36 percent from the field over 31 minutes per contest.

  • Hornets' Brandon Miller: Experiences dreadful shooting night

Miller produced 17 points (5-22 FG, 1-12 3Pt, 6-7 FT), four rebounds, seven assists and one steal over 34 minutes during Thursday's 105-101 loss to the Rockets. Miller posted his worst shooting performance of the season from beyond the arc. However, he still managed to finish second on his team in scoring with the help of 22 attempts from the field. Miller is converting at a rate of just 32.9 percent from the field over his last four outings.

  • Hornets' Brandon Miller: Pours in game-high 31 in win

Miller racked up 31 points (10-26 FG, 5-14 3Pt, 6-6 FT), nine rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal in 36 minutes during Wednesday's 110-107 win over Atlanta. The third-year forward stepped up for the Hornets with Miles Bridges (suspension) unavailable, delivering his best scoring effort since he dropped 33 points on the Warriors on New Year's Eve. Miller has produced 30-plus points four times in total this season, and he's scored in double digits in 17 straight contests, averaging 22.1 points, 5.4 boards, 3.3 assists, 3.1 threes and 1.2 steals over that span.

  • Hornets' Brandon Miller: Comes alive in second quarter

Miller posted 26 points (7-21 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 9-9 FT), eight rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal over 35 minutes during the Hornets' 111-106 win over the Spurs on Saturday. Miller struggled from the field for most of Saturday's game outside of the second quarter, when he scored 18 of his game-high 26 points. He was perfect from the charity stripe, and his nine made free throws were his most in a game since Dec. 29 against the Bucks (10). Miller's performance extended his streak of 20-plus-point games to 10, and over that span he has connected on 51.2 percent of his field-goal attempts (including 43.8 percent from three-point range) while averaging 24.7 points, 5.2 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 3.5 threes and 0.9 steals over 30.7 minutes per game.

Miller accumulated 23 points (7-13 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 6-6 FT), six rebounds, two assists and one block in 27 minutes during Thursday's 123-121 win over the Mavericks. Miller reached the 20-point mark for the ninth straight game, and he continues to be one of the most reliable offensive weapons for a rising Hornets team that has won four of its last five contests. Over that nine-game stretch, Miller is averaging a solid line of 24.6 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 0.9 steals and 3.6 three-pointers made per game.

  • Hornets' Brandon Miller: Probable for Thursday

During Wednesday's win over the Grizzlies, Miller finished with 26 points (9-17 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 4-4 FT), one rebound and three assists across 30 minutes.

  • Hornets' Brandon Miller: Cleared to play Saturday

Miller (ankle) is available for Saturday's game against the Wizards. Miller has been working through a left ankle impingement as of late, but the injury won't prevent him from playing in Saturday's contest. Since Jan. 2, the third-year pro has averaged 20.6 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 3.3 threes and 1.1 steals over 29.6 minutes per game.

Miller hasn't been able to shoot the ball efficiently most nights, but his counting stats have been terrific. Over his last 10 games, he has been hitting 42.0 percent from the field, averaging 21.1 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.0 steals, 0.9 blocks, and 2.9 three-pointers.
