  • 49ers' Chris Conley: Limited to three snaps on offense

Conley went without a target while playing three of the 49ers' 54 snaps on offense in Thursday's 12-6 loss to the Rams. Conley has suited up for each of the 49ers' last five games but has drawn just one target over that stretch. Deebo Samuel, Jauan Jennings and Ricky Pearsall are entrenched as the 49ers' preferred three-receiver set, and rookie Jacob Cowing (four snaps on offense in Week 15) could be threatening Conley for the No. 4 spot on the depth chart.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: Active for Week 13

Conley (knee) is active for Sunday night's contest against the Bills, Lindsey Pallares of the team's official website reports. Conley will ultimately be able to go in Week 13 after logging back-to-back limited practices to end the week. The wide receiver has played just seven offensive snaps over the last two games, failing to reel in his only target.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: Questionable for Week 13

Conley (knee) is questionable to suit up Sunday against Buffalo, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports. Conley finished the week with a pair of limited practices after not appearing on the injury report Wednesday. The veteran wideout has only one catch on the season, so he's not a big part of the 49ers' passing game. However, if Conley is unable to play Sunday, Ronnie Bell and/or Jacob Cowing could see a few more offensive snaps than usual.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: Added to Thursday's injury report

Conley (knee) was listed as a limited practice participant on Thursday's injury report, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports. Conley had missed the 49ers' Week 10 game against the Bucs due to a hamstring injury, but he has played in each of the last two games. However, it appears he's now working through a knee injury, and his practice participation Friday will indicate his status heading into Sunday night's game against the Bills.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: Good to go vs. Seattle

Conley (hamstring) was a full practice participant Friday and carries no injury designation into Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports. Conley was unable to play this past Sunday against the Buccaneers due to a hamstring injury. He opened the week with consecutive limited practices, but he was able to participate in Friday's session with no restrictions and will be good to go in Sunday's NFC West clash.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: Limited to open week

Conley (hamstring) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice. Conley injured his hamstring in Week 8 against Dallas, and even with San Francisco on a bye for Week 9, the injury was severe enough for him to be sidelined this past Sunday against Tampa Bay. He was unable to practice all of last week, so his ability to participate in a limited capacity Wednesday indicates that he's trending in the right direction. Conley will have two more chances this week to increase his practice participation ahead of Sunday's game against Seattle.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: Expected back this week

Conley (hamstring) is expected to practice this week after missing Sunday's win over the Buccaneers, David Lombardi of The San Francisco Standard reports. The wide receiver sustained the injury in the 49ers' Week 8 win over the Cowboys, and even with the team's bye in Week 9, was not able to return to practice leading up to game against Tampa Bay. Conley's return adds depth to a receiver room that is already missing Brandon Aiyuk due to season-ending ACL and MCL tears. Conley has one catch for four yards and no touchdowns on 154 offensive snaps this season.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: Won't play Sunday

Conley (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's contest at Tampa Bay, David Lombardi of The San Francisco Standard reports. Conley sustained a hamstring injury in the 49ers' Week 8 win against the Cowboys, and even with an ensuing bye week, he wasn't able to practice in any capacity this week. With Brandon Aiyuk (ankle) out for the season and Deebo Samuel (rib/oblique) questionable for Week 10 action, Jauan Jennings (hip), Ricky Pearsall, Ronnie Bell and Jacob Cowing are the healthy wide receivers on San Francisco's active roster.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: Opens week as DNP

Conley (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports. Conley suffered the hamstring injury during the 49ers' Week 8 win over the Cowboys and hasn't yet made a full recovery coming out of the team's Week 9 bye. He'll have two more chances this week to increase his practice participation before the 49ers potentially give him a designation for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: Suffers injury in win

Conley suffered a hamstring injury in Sunday's 30-24 win over the Cowboys, David Lombardi of the San Francisco Standard reports. Conley played 77 percent of the 49ers' offensive snaps in the win but drew just one target on the night, which he failed to reel in. According to Lombardi, the 32-year-old is considered week-to-week, but with San Francisco headed into a Week 9 bye, it's possible Conley won't miss any time.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: No catches in start Sunday

Conley failed to bring in his lone target in Sunday's 30-24 win over the Cowboys. Conley earned the start sans Brandon Aiyuk (knee) in Sunday's victory, but the veteran wideout did not record a reception despite playing 52 snaps on offense (76 percent). The 32-year-old Conley has big-play potential given his size (6-foot-3) and speedy profile, but the former Chief's lack of usage makes it hard to warrant fantasy consideration outside of deep formats. The 49ers also may get healthier following the bye ahead of a Nov. 10 matchup against the Buccaneers.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: No designation for Week 8

Conley (ankle) was a full practice participant Friday and doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Cowboys. Coming out of Sunday's 28-18 loss to the Chiefs, Conley had been managing a sprained ankle, which kept him from taking full reps in practices Wednesday and Thursday. However, after returning to full participation Friday, Conley is in the clear to play Sunday, when he could be in store for a sizable share of the snaps at receiver due to Brandon Aiyuk (knee) being on injured reserve, Jauan Jennings (hip) ruled out and Deebo Samuel (illness) listed as questionable. Along with Conley, rookies Ricky Pearsall and Jacob Cowing and second-year player Ronnie Bell are the 49ers' healthy wideouts at the moment.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: Limited in practice

Conley (ankle) was a limited participant in San Francisco's practice Wednesday, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports. Conley suffered an ankle injury during last week's loss to the Chiefs but managed to return to practice, albeit in a limited capacity. If the 31-year-old ends up being unable to play versus the Cowboys on Sunday, the 49ers could be shorthanded at receiver, as Deebo Samuel (illness) and Jauan Jennings (hip) are both questionable, and Brandon Aiyuk (knee) is on injured reserve.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: Dealing with ankle sprain

Conley suffered an ankle sprain in Sunday's 28-18 loss to Kansas City, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports. Conley played 44 of the team's 63 offensive snaps in the contest, failing to reel in either of his targets while picking up an apparent ankle sprain in the process. The wide receiver is considered to be day-to-day with the injury for the time being, according to head coach Kyle Shanahan. With Brandon Aiyuk (knee) done for the season, and Deebo Samuel (illness) dealing with pneumonia, Conley, Ricky Pearsall and Jauan Jennings (hip) could all step into prominent roles Week 8 against Dallas if available.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: Active for TNF

Conley (oblique) is active for Thursday's contest against the Seahawks, Lindsey Pallares of the 49ers' official website reports. Conley will make his return to the field after missing the team's 24-23 loss to the Cardinals in Week 5 due to an oblique injury. The 31-year-old will operate as the No. 4 option behind Deebo Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk and Jauan Jennings at wide receiver versus Seattle.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: Gets official designation

Conley (oblique) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Seahawks. Conley wasn't able to play in Week 5 but, after logging a DNP on Monday, he capped his week with back-to-back limited practice sessions. If the veteran wideout is ultimately inactive for TNF, it'll likely lead to a few extra opportunities for Ronnie Bell and Jacob Cowing.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: Limited in Tuesday's session

Conley (oblique) was a limited participant in Tuesday's practice, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports. Conley started the week as a DNP on Monday, but he managed to practice in a limited capacity Tuesday. Wednesday's injury report should provide some clarity on his status for Thursday's NFC West showdown against the Seahawks. Conley has registered one catch (on three targets) for four yards through four regular-season outings.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: DNP Monday

Conley (oblique) was a non-participant on Monday's practice estimate, Josh Dubow of The Associated Press reports. Conley missed the 49ers' Week 5 loss to the Cardinals, and he is considered day-to-day to start the week. More clarity on his chances to play Thursday in Seattle will come as the week progresses. Jacob Cowing, Ronnie Bell and Trent Taylor are all candidates to see some of Conley's depth wide-receiver snaps should he ultimately miss another game.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: Still tending to injury

Conley (oblique) is considered day-to-day as the 49ers begin Week 6 prep Monday,Lindsey Pallares of the 49ers' official site reports. Conley has been considered day-to-day since last Monday; however, the veteran wideout hasn't practiced since. Whether or not he'll be able to play in Week 6 against the Seahawks likely won't be decided until closer to Thursday night's kickoff.

  • 49ers' Chris Conley: Won't suit up, as expected

Conley (oblique) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Lindsay Pallares of the 49ers' official site reports. As expected, Conley won't suit up after not practicing all week and drawing a doubtful tag. With Ricky Pearsall (chest) still on the reserve/non-football injury list and Jacob Cowing (shoulder) inactive, Ronnie Bell and Trent Taylor will serve as depth options behind Deebo Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk and Jauan Jennings versus Arizona.
