Radunz suffered a torn ACL at practice on Saturday, so his placement on injured reserve was expected. The offensive lineman will now officially shift his focus to rehabbing the injury and being ready to go for training camp in 2027.

Radunz (knee) tore his ACL during Saturday's practice, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Radunz signed a two-year deal with the Saints in March and will now miss year one of that contract. The left guard was one of the top reserve options for the team, so he will likely get surgery as soon as possible to begin preparing for the 2027 season.

Radunz sustained a knee injury during Saturday's training camp practice, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.
Radunz tweaked his knee early in Saturday's practice, and he'll undergo further tests to determine the severity of the injury and whether he'll be available for the Saints' preseason opener against the Jaguars on Saturday, Aug. 15. William Sherman would be in line for more snaps at offensive guard if Radunz were to miss time.

Radunz signed a two-year contract with the Saints on Thursday.
Radunz joined the Saints for the 2025 season after spending the first four years of his NFL career with the Titans. He started in 10 of 15 regular-season games for New Orleans last year but will likely operate in a reserve role at guard in 2026 behind projected starters Cesar Ruiz and newcomer David Edwards.
