Seahawks' DK Metcalf: Puts in full practice Wednesday
Metcalf (knee) was a full practice participant Wednesday, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
Head coach Mike Macdonald said earlier Wednesday that Metcalf would be limited in his return to practice, per Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic. However, Metcalf practiced without a cap on his reps, clearly taking advantage of the Seahawks' Week 10 bye to get healthy. He'll thus be available this weekend against the 49ers for the first time since he sustained a sprained MCL back in Week 7.

Seahawks' DK Metcalf: Returning to limited practice
Metcalf (knee) will be a limited participant Wednesday in his return to practice, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Metcalf suffered an MCL sprain Week 7 and missed the final two games before Seattle's Week 10 bye. Head coach Mike McDonald expressed optimism about Metcalf being ready to play after the bye, and a return to practice Wednesday is a good sign that he'll be available Sunday against the 49ers.

Head coach Mike Macdonald said Monday that he expects Metcalf (knee) to practice Wednesday, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Metcalf hasn't participated in practice since suffering an MCL sprain in a Week 7 win over the Falcons, but following Seattle's Week 10 bye, the wideout appears to be inching closer to a return to action. Prior to suffering the injury, Metcalf had compiled a 35-568-3 receiving line on 61 targets through seven contests.

Seahawks' DK Metcalf: Hopeful for Week 11 return
Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald suggested Friday that he's optimistic Metcalf (knee) will return after a Week 10 bye, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Metcalf hasn't practiced since suffering an MCL sprain Week 7 and will miss a second straight game when Seattle hosts the Rams this Sunday. An upcoming bye gives him a good chance to avoid a third absence, but Macdonald did seem measured in his optimism and said the wideout needs more time to recover. WR Jake Bobo figures to fill in again this Sunday alongside WRs Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Tyler Lockett.

Seahawks' DK Metcalf: Ruled out for Week 9
Metcalf (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
Metcalf will miss his second straight game with an MCL sprain, but he at least has a good chance to avoid further absences with a bye week coming up after Sunday's divisional game. Jake Bobo took most of Metcalf's usual snaps in a Week 8 loss to the Bills but was targeted just once on 24 routes.
