Titans' Gunnar Helm: Career day in Week 8
Helm caught five of nine targets for 76 yards during Sunday's 43-36 overtime loss to the Bengals.
Helm led the team in targets while he was able to register a new career-high 76 receiving yards in the contest. The tight end has now reeled in eight passes over the last two weeks after he caught nine of 13 targets for 60 yards over the first six games of the 2026 campaign. Helm will have a tough test against the Jaguars in Week 10 after the team's bye week in Week 9.

Titans' Gunnar Helm: Three catches in Week 7 defeat
Helm caught three of four targets for 24 yards in Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Browns.
They marked the tight end's first catches since Week 4, as he went back-to-back games without a grab in Weeks 5 and 6 against the Texans and Colts. Helm has yet to reach 30 yards in a game this season and is well off the fantasy radar in one of the league's worst passing offenses.

Titans' Gunnar Helm: Held without target vs. Indianapolis
Helm was on the field for 33 of 46 offensive snaps (71.7 percent) but didn't show up on the box score otherwise during the Titans' 26-20 win over the Colts on Sunday.
Helm has seen his role on offense steadily decline since his four-catch performance in Week 1 against the Jets. He's been held without a catch in each of his last two games and has seen only two targets from Cam Ward over the Titans' last three games. Tennessee's offense is one of the worst units in the league this season, and it's hard to put much stock into any of the position players outside of rookie wide receiver Carnell Tate and, to a lesser extent, veteran running back Tony Pollard. Titans' Gunnar Helm: No catches in loss
Helm failed to catch his only target during Sunday's 26-3 loss to the Texans.
Helm failed to catch a pass in a regular-season contest for the first time in his NFL career, and the tight end has now garnered two total targets over the last two games. The Titans offense has been far from effective so far in 2026, and Helm has little to no upside from a fantasy perspective.

Titans' Gunnar Helm: Good to go for Week 5
Helm (knee) does not carry an injury designation for Sunday's AFC South showdown against the Texans, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Helm popped up on Thursday's injury report as a limited practice participant due to a knee injury. However, the second-year tight end was a full participant in Friday's session, which was enough for him to fade and injury tag for Week 5. Helm saw just one target against the Ravens in Week 4 and has a 9-60-0 receiving line (on 12 targets) through four games.

Titans' Gunnar Helm: Pops up on injury report
Helm was listed as a limited participant in Thursday's practice due to a knee injury.
Helm didn't appear on the Titans' initial Week 5 injury report posted Wednesday, so his limited participation Thursday could be indicate that he hurt his knee at some point during practice. The Titans will see what Helm is able to do during the final practice of the week Friday before determining if he'll take a designation into Sunday's game against the Texans. The tight end has played more than 70 percent of snaps in each of Tennessee's first four contests but has been a minor part of the passing attack, stringing together a 9-60-0 receiving line on 12 targets.

Titans' Gunnar Helm: Logs two-point conversion in Week 4
Helm hauled in his lone pass for five yards and caught a two-point conversion during the Titans' 24-18 loss to the Ravens on Sunday.
Helm didn't see a target from Cam Ward until the Titans' final offensive drive of the fourth quarter, with the duo connecting on a 5-yard pass before hooking up on a successful two-point conversion. Helm opened the 2026 regular season with four catches (on five targets) for 28 yards against the Jets in Week 1, but in the three games since, he has logged five receptions (on seven targets) for 32 yards. It's hard to hold much stock in Titans position players outside of rookie wideout Carnell Tate and veteran running back Tony Pollard. Helm and the Titans head back home for a Week 5 AFC South showdown against the Texans.

Titans' Gunnar Helm: Quiet again in Week 3 loss
Helm notched two catches on four targets for 14 yards Sunday in a loss to the Giants.
Helm and fellow tight end Daniel Bellinger each had two catches in the contest, though Helm garnered two more targets. After opening the campaign with a 4-28-0 line against the Jets, Helm has managed a combined 4-27-0 line across his subsequent pair of games. He'll look to be more productive next Sunday in Baltimore, though Tennessee's passing game as a whole is struggling so far, averaging just 159.0 yards per game -- third-fewest in the NFL.

Helm caught both of his targets for 13 yards in the Titans' 24-20 loss to the Eagles on Sunday.
Through two games, Helm has six grabs for 40 scoreless yards on seven targets. He's unlikely to be a productive fantasy option in a Tennessee passing offense that has been anemic so far this season.

Titans' Gunnar Helm: Secures four passes in loss
Helm caught four of five targets for 28 yards in the Titans' 23-10 loss to the Jets on Sunday.
Helm's five targets trailed both Carnell Tate and Wan'Dale Robinson, as the duo drew six targets apiece to lead the team in Week 1. Even more importantly for Helm's fantasy prospects, he ran 22 routes to Daniel Bellinger's five, suggesting he's well ahead of Bellinger on the depth chart as a pass catcher. Helm will be a lower-end TE2 next Sunday against the Eagles.

Titans' Gunnar Helm: Ends preseason with one catch
Helm finished the preseason slate with one catch (on two targets) for 16 yards in two appearances.
Helm joined the rest of the healthy starters to kick off preseason Weeks 1 and 2, logging 26 offensive snaps between the two contests. He then was rested in Saturday's exhibition finale against the Bears along with QB Cam Ward and company. A fourth-round pick in the 2025 Draft, Helm hauled in 44 of 55 targets for 357 yards and two touchdowns in 16 regular-season games as a rookie, and he'll be looking to build upon those numbers in Year 2 under new offensive coordinator Brian Daboll.

Titans' Gunnar Helm: Productive on one catch
Helm brought in his only target for 16 yards in the Titans' 19-13 preseason win over the 49ers on Thursday.
With Chig Okonkwo now in Washington, Helm is set to operate as the Titans' unquestioned No. 1 tight end in 2026. Consequently, the second-year pro was on the field with the rest of the starters to open Thursday's game, and he flashed on his one reception, which came during the Titans' opening possession. Helm's 16-yard grab moved the ball into 49ers territory and put his ability to gain yards after the catch on display. Helm already managed a 44-357-2 line across 16 regular-season games in a rotational role as a rookie in 2025, so fantasy expectations are understandably elevated now that Okonkwo is no longer a competitor for Cam Ward's attention.
