  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: Quiet again in Week 3 loss

Helm notched two catches on four targets for 14 yards Sunday in a loss to the Giants. Helm and fellow tight end Daniel Bellinger each had two catches in the contest, though Helm garnered two more targets. After opening the campaign with a 4-28-0 line against the Jets, Helm has managed a combined 4-27-0 line across his subsequent pair of games. He'll look to be more productive next Sunday in Baltimore, though Tennessee's passing game as a whole is struggling so far, averaging just 159.0 yards per game -- third-fewest in the NFL.

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: Produces 13 yards in Week 2 loss

Helm caught both of his targets for 13 yards in the Titans' 24-20 loss to the Eagles on Sunday. Through two games, Helm has six grabs for 40 scoreless yards on seven targets. He's unlikely to be a productive fantasy option in a Tennessee passing offense that has been anemic so far this season.

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: Week 2 Waiver Priority List

I'm not sure how many Fantasy managers want pieces of the Titans offense right now, but Helm is worth a look in deeper leagues for 1 percent of your remaining FAAB. He had a quality performance in Week 1 against the Jets with four catches for 28 yards on five targets, and I liked him prior to the season as a sleeper in deeper formats. We'll see if he can build on this game in Week 2 against the Eagles, and Helm could emerge as a low-end starter in all leagues as the season goes on.

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: Secures four passes in loss

Helm caught four of five targets for 28 yards in the Titans' 23-10 loss to the Jets on Sunday. Helm's five targets trailed both Carnell Tate and Wan'Dale Robinson, as the duo drew six targets apiece to lead the team in Week 1. Even more importantly for Helm's fantasy prospects, he ran 22 routes to Daniel Bellinger's five, suggesting he's well ahead of Bellinger on the depth chart as a pass catcher. Helm will be a lower-end TE2 next Sunday against the Eagles.

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: Ends preseason with one catch

Helm finished the preseason slate with one catch (on two targets) for 16 yards in two appearances. Helm joined the rest of the healthy starters to kick off preseason Weeks 1 and 2, logging 26 offensive snaps between the two contests. He then was rested in Saturday's exhibition finale against the Bears along with QB Cam Ward and company. A fourth-round pick in the 2025 Draft, Helm hauled in 44 of 55 targets for 357 yards and two touchdowns in 16 regular-season games as a rookie, and he'll be looking to build upon those numbers in Year 2 under new offensive coordinator Brian Daboll.

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: Productive on one catch

Helm brought in his only target for 16 yards in the Titans' 19-13 preseason win over the 49ers on Thursday. With Chig Okonkwo now in Washington, Helm is set to operate as the Titans' unquestioned No. 1 tight end in 2026. Consequently, the second-year pro was on the field with the rest of the starters to open Thursday's game, and he flashed on his one reception, which came during the Titans' opening possession. Helm's 16-yard grab moved the ball into 49ers territory and put his ability to gain yards after the catch on display. Helm already managed a 44-357-2 line across 16 regular-season games in a rotational role as a rookie in 2025, so fantasy expectations are understandably elevated now that Okonkwo is no longer a competitor for Cam Ward's attention.

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: Drawing praise entering Year 2

Titans head coach Robert Saleh has praised Helm's physical development this offseason and named the tight end as a player who "hopefully" will "take a big jump" during the 2026 season, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports. Helm set a franchise rookie tight end record with 44 catches for 357 yards and two touchdowns while suiting up for 16 regular-season games in 2025. Added competition may limit his fantasy ceiling, but a strong offseason would give Helm a chance to earn a larger role in Tennessee's offense, and the departure of Chig Okonkwo for the Commanders opens up notable receiving opportunities. Helm appears the favorite to win the No. 1 tight end job during training camp, with Daniel Bellinger and Kylen Granson fitting into complementary roles.

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: Past toe injury

Helm (toe) is participating in OTAs this week, Buck Reising of AtoZ Sports Nashville reports. Helm missed the Titans' regular-season finale back in January but appears to be back to full health after compiling 44 catches for 357 yards and two touchdowns on 55 targets as a rookie last season. With Chig Okonkwo now with the Commanders, Helm looks poised to win the TE1 job with the Titans this summer. His main competition for playing time will come from blocking types Daniel Bellinger and Kylen Granson.

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: Ruled out for season finale

Helm (toe) has been ruled out for Sunday's season finale against the Jaguars, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. With Helm unavailable, Chig Okonkwo is slated to lead the Titans' Week 18 TE corps, with David Martin-Robinson also in the mix, while Cole Turner is a potential practice-squad elevation. Helm finishes up his rookie season with a 44-357-2 line (on 55 targets) in 16 contests. With Okonkwo in line to become an unrestricted free agent, the 2025 fourth-rounder could be positioned for an expanded role in 2026, pending the Titans' offseason moves at that tight end position.

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: Sits out of Thursday's practice

Helm (toe) did not participate in Thursday's practice, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. Helm has missed the first two practices of the week due to a lingering toe injury and was spotted with a boot on his right foot, per Paul Kuharsky of PaulKuharsky.com. Helm would be unlikely to play in Sunday's regular-season finale against the Jaguars unless he were to log at least a limited practice Friday. If the rookie fourth-round tight end is ruled out, then David Martin-Robinson would be in line for a larger role on offense alongside Chig Okonkwo.

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: No practice Wednesday

Helm (toe) did not practice Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. Helm has played through a toe injury since mid-December and hasn't yet been forced to miss any time, though he's generally managed to practice in at least a limited capacity during that stretch. The rookie tight end secured just one of two targets for one receiving yard during Tennessee's loss to the Saints in Week 17. He'll have two more chances to get back on the practice field ahead of Sunday's regular-season finale on the road against Jacksonville.

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: One catch in Week 17 loss

Helm recorded one catch for seven yards on two targets in Sunday's loss to the Saints. For the second straight week, Helm was out-produced by Chig Okonkwo, who paced the Titans with 55 yards and one touchdown on three catches across a team-high seven targets against New Orleans. Through 16 games this season, Helm has logged a 44-357-2 receiving line on 55 targets.

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: All clear for Week 17

Helm (toe) was limited in practice Friday but does not carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Saints, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. Helm will continue to play through the toe injury he sustained Week 15 versus San Francisco, but the issue didn't prevent him from handling a career-high 52 offensive snaps during Tennessee's win over the Chiefs in Week 16. Expect Helm to continue handling a key role as one of the Titans' top tight ends alongside Chig Okonkwo this weekend.

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: Estimated as limited

Helm (toe) was listed as limited on Thursday's estimated injury report, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports. Helm continues to manage a toe injury he initially suffered Week 15, but has managed to play through since. The rookie tight end was also limited in practice Wednesday, so he may need to log a full session Friday in order to avoid being assigned an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Saints. Helm played a career-high 52 offensive snaps (71 percent) versus the Chiefs in Week 16 but only logged two catches for nine yards (on three targets).

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: Dealing with toe injury

Helm (toe) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. Helm managed a toe issue ahead of the Titans' Week 16 win over the Chiefs, when he caught two passes (on three targets) for nine yards while playing 71 percent of the team's offensive snaps. His ability to practice in a limited capacity Wednesday indicates the injury isn't considered serious, and he'll have two more chances to increase his practice participation and avoid an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Saints. Helm has established a nice rapport with rookie quarterback Cam Ward in the six games since the Titans' Week 6 bye, with the duo connecting for 23 catches (on 28 targets) for 169 yards and one touchdown over that span.

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: Suiting up in Week 16

Helm (toe) is active for Sunday's game against the Chiefs. Helm originally suffered the toe injury in Week 15, but he managed to play through the issue. He then logged a pair of limited practices to begin the week before turning in a full session Friday, and he carries that positive trend into suiting up Sunday. Helm has become a key target for Cam Ward, earning at least four targets in four of five games since the Titans' bye.

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: Trending toward playing Sunday

Helm (toe) is expected to play against the Chiefs on Sunday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports. Helm is working through a toe injury that he sustained during the Titans' Week 15 loss to the 49ers, when he caught four passes on as many targets for 49 yards and a touchdown. He was tagged as questionable for Week 16, but his ability to practice in full Friday -- coupled with Fowler's report Saturday -- puts the rookie tight end on track toward being available for Sunday's home tilt. Helm has caught 41 passes (on 50 targets) for 347 yards and two touchdowns through 14 regular-season games.

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: Exits Sunday with toe injury

Helm suffered a toe injury during Sunday's game in San Francisco. Prior to his departure in the third quarter, Helm was pacing the Titans' passing game with 38 yards and one touchdown on two catches (two targets). Fellow TE Chig Okonkwo stands to benefit for as long as Helm is sidelined.

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: One catch in Week 14

Helm caught one of two targets for eight yards in Sunday's 31-29 win over Cleveland. Helm saw his fewest targets since Week 9, and his eight receiving yards were a season low for the tight end. The rookie had secured 16 of 19 targets for 103 yards over the team's three previous contests, and he'll look to get back on track in Week 15 versus San Francisco.

  • Titans' Gunnar Helm: Week 14 Waiver Priority List

Helm had six catches for 23 yards on seven targets in Week 13 against Jacksonville, and this is now consecutive games with seven targets and six catches. He appears to be a big part of the Titans offense now, and he's worth adding in deeper leagues for 1 percent of your remaining FAB heading into Week 14 at Cleveland. Keep in mind he only has one touchdown on the season, but he's scored at least 8.3 PPR points in back-to-back games, which could be useful for Fantasy managers who are desperate at tight end.
