Jermaine Terry: Leaves Cleveland
The Browns waived Terry on Friday.
Terry signed with the Browns in mid-August to compete for a tight-end role throughout the remainder of the preseason. The tight end would have been a victim of Sunday's cutdown day and will now be placed on waivers until Monday. If Terry goes unclaimed, he will become a free agent able to sign with any franchise's 53-man roster or practice squad.

Terry (undisclosed) tried out with the Raiders on Wednesday, Sam Warren of The Athletic reports.
Terry is now fully recovered from the undisclosed injury that landed him on the Giants' injured reserve last August before he was subsequently waived with an injury settlement in December. The 23-year-old will now look to earn a roster spot with the Raiders or another team and make his regular-season debut during the upcoming season.

Terry (undisclosed) was waived after reaching an injury settlement with the Giants on Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Terry was placed on injured reserve with New York in late August with an undisclosed injury, but he will now be eligible to return to action this season. The tight end will have to pass a physical to sign elsewhere in 2025.

According to Duggan, Terry has been dealing with a "minor" injury. The undrafted rookie tight end missed the final preseason game. He logged 38 offensive snaps across the first two exhibitions, catching one pass for 21 yards.
