• Raiders' Shedrick Jackson: Elevated for Sunday

  Las Vegas elevated Jackson from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game against Philadelphia. Jackson was elevated for the second week in a row after playing four snaps during last week's loss to the Broncos. He'll once again serve as the Raiders' fifth wide receiver behind Tre Tucker, Jack Bech, Tyler Lockett and Dont'e Thornton. This was also the third time that Jackson was called up from the practice squad, marking the final time that he was eligible to he elevated this season. He'll now have to be signed to the active roster to play any further games for the Raiders this year.

• Raiders' Shedrick Jackson: Returns to practice squad

  Jackson reverted to the Raiders' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log. Jackson played just four snaps (two on offense, two on special teams) during the Raiders' 24-17 loss to the Broncos on Sunday, though he managed to haul in a 25-yard touchdown pass from Kenny Pickett late in the fourth quarter. Week 14 was Jackson's second elevation from the practice squad this season, and he's eligible to be called up to the active roster one more time. That could come as soon as this Sunday against the Eagles if one or both of Dont'e Thornton (concussion) and Alex Bachman (thumb) are not cleared to play.

• Shedrick Jackson: Heads back to practice squad

  Jackson reverted to the Raiders' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log. Jackson was elevated to the active roster to help fill in for Jakobi Meyers (knee) and Alex Bachman (ankle) in Week 7, failing to record any stats while playing three offensive snaps in the team's 31-0 loss to the Chiefs. The wide receiver can be elevated two more times before he'd have to be officially added to the active roster.

  The Raiders elevated Jackson from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday. Las Vegas could be without Jakobi Meyers (knee) and Alex Bachman (ankle), both of whom are listed as questionable, so Jackson will be added to the roster for the first time this season. Whether he's active on game day will likely come down to Meyers' and Bachman's status.

• Shedrick Jackson: Cut loose by Las Vegas

  Jackson was waived by the Raiders on Tuesday. Jackson signed a reserve/future contract with Las Vegas in January and recorded a team-high eight catches and 133 yards, while also scoring a touchdown over the team's three preseason contests. The wide receiver spent the final month of the 2024 campaign on the Raiders' practice squad, and he could rejoin that group if he clears waivers.

  Jackson was signed to the Raiders' practice squad Wednesday. Jackson was let go by the Bengals in mid-September and he has yet to appear in a game in 2024. The wide receiver failed to reel in his only target while playing in three games with Cincinnati in 2023. Now with Las Vegas, Jackson will provide the team with an additional depth option at wide receiver for the stretch run with DJ Turner (knee) being placed on injured reserve Tuesday.

  The Bengals waived Jackson from the practice squad Tuesday. Jackson spent most of his rookie season on Cincinnati's practice squad after going undrafted out of Auburn in 2023. It's possible he could be a candidate to reunite with the Bengals in a similar capacity again as the 2024 campaign progresses.
