Campbell (knee) was estimated as a limited participant in Monday's practice, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Campbell was unable to suit up for the Browns' 21-18 win over the Panthers Sunday due to ankle, knee and hip injuries. The outside cornerback was projected as a limited participant Monday, continuing a streak of partial practices as he recovers from multiple issues. If Campbell cannot upgrade to a full participant in practice by Wednesday, it is unlikely he will be able to play in Thursday's game against the Steelers.

Campbell (ankle/hip/knee) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Panthers, Kelsey Russo of the Browns' official site reports.
Campbell drew the questionable tag for Sunday's home opener after being limited in all three practices during Week 3 prep, but he's not been cleared by medical staff to play against Carolina. As such, Mekhi Blackmon will start at outside cornerback opposite Denzel Ward, and Campbell's next opportunity to play is Thursday against the Steelers.

Campbell played through his ankle issue during Sunday's win at Tampa Bay, and it's a generally encouraging sign that the hip injury that took him out of that contest early isn't keeping him off the practice field entirely. He'll likely need to quickly recover from both injuries and log a full practice Thursday or Friday to avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.
