Nixon opened Week 6 prep with a DNP due to a groin injury, but he avoided an injury tag for Sunday's game after ending the week with consecutive limited practices. The veteran defensive back has 31 tackles (20 solo), including 0.5 sacks, and four pass defenses (including one interception) through the first five games of the regular season.

Nixon recorded five tackles (three solo) including 0.5 sacks and an interception during Sunday's 39-22 loss at Minnesota.
Nixon intercepted an ill-advised Kyler Murray pass on the second play of the game from scrimmage, setting up a Packers field goal. He has never recorded more than one interception in a season, and he'll be looking to change that starting in a Week 2 matchup against the Jets.
