Vaughn (undisclosed) reverted to injured reserve Saturday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Vaughn signed with Seattle on Aug. 1, but he suffered an injury soon thereafter and was waived/injured Friday. Because he wasn't claimed off waivers, the linebacker has reverted to IR. Vaughn will therefore need to miss the entire 2026 season unless he reaches an injury settlement with Seattle.

The Seahawks waived Vaughn (undisclosed) with an injury designation Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The nature of Vaughn's injury is not clear, but he'll go on waivers and would revert to the Seahawks' injured reserve if not claimed by another team. That would mean Vaughn would have to miss the entire 2026 season unless he reaches an injury settlement with Seattle.
