Seahawks' Gavin Heslop: Placed on IR
Heslop (lower leg) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Heslop broke his tibia and fibula in Sunday's win over the Texans and underwent surgery Monday. He'll be forced to miss at least three games, but it wouldn't be surprising to see Seattle hold him out for the remainder of the season. The 24-year-old has made three appearances this year and has logged one solo tackle.
