Haynes was waived by the Eagles last Saturday but has quickly found his way back to the team. The wide receiver likely gains another chance at the active roster due to Johnny Wilson (knee) being waived with an injury designation. Haynes may see some reps in Saturday's preseason game against the Patriots even though last Saturday made it clear he is one of the more expendable players currently on the roster.

The wide receiver's stint with the team was always bound to be quick, as he was signed as a plug-and-play option while the main corps got healthy. The Eagles have their preseason opener Saturday night against the Ravens, and Dontayvion Wicks and Hollywood Brown are set to be the stars of the show for the team's wide receiving corps.
