Geekie scored a power-play goal on two shots and went minus-3 in Thursday's 6-3 loss to the Predators.
Geekie had gone two games without a point before his second-period tally. The 27-year-old continues to fill the cage at a high rate, with this one being his career-best 34th goal in just 60 appearances. He's added 22 assists, 139 shots, 94 hits and a minus-6 rating. Geekie needs two more points to set a career high there, and he's got plenty of time to do that -- he could push for 70-plus points by the end of the campaign.

Bruins' Morgan Geekie: Power-play tally in win
Geekie scored a power-play goal and added two hits in Thursday's 4-2 win over the Blue Jackets.
Geekie's point streak is up to nine games (eight goals, five assists), so he doesn't look to be rusty after the Olympic break. The 27-year-old forward has matched his 33-goal total from 77 contests last season, and he's two points shy of the 57 he put up in 2024-25 as well. He's added 130 shots on net, 91 hits, 20 blocked shots and a minus-1 rating. Geekie has defied expectations two years running, and he's still shooting 25.4 percent in 2025-26, the best mark of any player with at least 100 shots.

Bruins' Morgan Geekie: Earns three points in outdoor loss
Geekie scored twice on three shots, dished a power-play assist and went plus-2 in Sunday's 6-5 shootout loss to the Lightning in the Stadium Series.
Geekie did his part in the game, but the Bruins collapsed by blowing a four-goal lead in regulation before taking the shootout loss. This performance extended Geekie's point streak to seven games, a span in which he has seven goals and four assists. The 27-year-old is up to 32 goals, 21 helpers, 19 power-play points, 127 shots on net, 87 hits and a plus-1 rating over 55 contests this season. He's one goal shy of matching his career-high total from 77 outings in 2024-25.

Bruins' Morgan Geekie: Reaches 30-goal plateau
Geekie scored his 30th goal of the season in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime win over the Predators.
The 27-year-old gave the Bruins a 2-0 lead early in the second period, snapping a shot past Juuse Saros from the faceoff circle. Geekie has reached the 30-goal plateau in back-to-back seasons, and he remains on pace to blow past the career-high 33 he scored in 2024-25.

Geekie has gotten back into form with four goals and two assists during a four-game point streak. He toiled on the third line for a large part of January, but he returned to a line with Elias Lindholm and David Pastrnak for Monday's contest. Overall, Geekie has 29 goals, 48 points, 122 shots on net, 84 hits and a minus-3 rating through 52 appearances. Geekie scored two power-play goals, including the game-winning tally, placed three shots on net and dished out two hits in Saturday's 4-3 win over Montreal.
Geekie played the hero in Saturday's contest with a power-play goal in the second period to tie the contest before he later scored the go-ahead tally just 12 seconds after Fraser Minten leveled the game at three apiece. Overall, the 27-year-old Geekie is up to 28 goals, 47 points, 118 shots on net and 82 hits through 51 games this season. Since a one-game absence for the birth of his son, he has six points and two multi-point efforts in six games. Dating back to Jan. 1, 2025, he is tied for third across the NHL with 53 goals.

Bruins' Morgan Geekie: Two helpers against Vegas
Geekie notched two power-play assists in Thursday's 4-3 win over the Golden Knights.
Both helpers came 30 seconds apart midway through the first period as the Bruins grabbed a 2-0 lead. It was Geekie's first multi-point performance since Dec. 20, and during the 13 games in between, the 27-year-old managed only one goal and four points -- his first real slump of the season.

Geekie had gone a month between goals, adding just three assists in 12 appearances in that span. Regression has seemingly come for Geekie's production. He was shooting 27.8 percent at the time of his previous goal (Dec. 20), but that has dropped to 22.8 percent following Tuesday's contest. The 27-year-old has 26 goals, 43 points, 114 shots on net, 76 hits and a minus-6 rating over 49 appearances this season. He should still be a decent middle-six forward, especially if he can find some middle ground for his scoring production.

Bruins' Morgan Geekie: Returning to action
Geekie (personal) will be in the lineup for Tuesday's home divisional matchup versus Detroit, according to Jim McBride of The Boston Globe.
Geekie missed his first game of the season Sunday against the Penguins due to the birth of his child, but he won't miss any further game action. The right-shot forward skated on the third line with Alex Steeves and Fraser Minten during Tuesday's morning skate. Geekie will resume his role with the man advantage as well, where he's garnered 12 of his 41 points (25 goals, 16 helpers) across 45 appearances this season.

Geekie (personal) will miss Sunday's game against the Penguins, Bruins insider Joe McDonald reports.
Geekie left Saturday's game against the Rangers early to attend to a family matter, and it appears he won't make it back in time to be in the lineup Sunday against the Penguins. The 27-year-old has been one of the league's best scorers this season, potting 25 goals in 45 games. Sunday will be Geekie's first missed game of the season. His next chance to return will be Tuesday against the Red Wings.

Geekie logged his third multi-point effort over the last five games, and he's earned three of his seven points in that span on the power play. The 27-year-old continues to defy expectations, giving the Bruins another reliable scorer to take some pressure off David Pastrnak. Geekie is up to 25 goals, 39 points (12 on the power play), 90 shots on net, 60 hits and a minus-2 rating over 36 appearances. It's tough to see him staying above a point-per-game pace in the second half of the season, but he'll likely surpass his 33-goal, 57-point campaign from last year even if he slumps a little.

The 27-year-old continued his breakout campaign, getting the Bruins on the board late in the first period after a slick cross-ice pass from David Pastrnak before banging home a rebound just 23 seconds into the second. Geekie has four two-goal performances in the last 13 games, a stretch in which he's racked up 12 of his 24 goals on the season -- putting him second in the Rocket Richard Trophy race behind Nathan MacKinnon (28).

Geekie has started to mix a little playmaking into his repertoire -- this was his third multi-assist effort over five outings in December.
