Flyers' Christian Kyrou: Collects three points in AHL win
Kyrou scored a goal and added two assists in AHL Lehigh Valley's 5-3 win over Bridgeport on Saturday.
Kyrou has earned 22 points over 33 contests with the Phantoms since he was flipped in a minor-league trade with Texas in October. He's one point shy of matching his rookie-year total, which he earned in 57 regular-season games in 2023-24 with Texas. Kyrou hasn't gotten an NHL look yet, but the Flyers could give him a chance later in the season.

Flyers' Christian Kyrou: Dealt to Philadelphia
Kyrou was acquired by the Flyers from Dallas in exchange for Samu Tuomaala on Thursday.
Kyrou was a second-round selection, 50th overall, in 2022. He has struggled offensively at the AHL level, picking up only 12 goals and 26 assists in 97 games across parts of three seasons, including no points in four games this season. It's possible that the change in scenery will help his development.

Stars' Christian Kyrou: Sent back to minors
Kyrou was loaned to AHL Texas on Sunday.
Dallas activated Mason Marchment (face) from the IR list and returned Kyle McDonald to the minors in corresponding moves. Kyrou didn't play for Dallas during his NHL call-up, sitting as a healthy scratch in Friday's 5-3 win over the Canucks. He has four goals and 13 points in 26 AHL outings this season.

Kyrou was recalled from AHL Texas on Saturday.
Kyrou is expected to make his NHL debut Sunday against Columbus. Kyrou was selected in the second round -- 50th overall -- in 2022, and he had four goals and 13 points in 26 AHL games before his recall.
