  • Maple Leafs' Tyler Hopkins: Posts three points Saturday

Hopkins scored a goal on seven shots and added two assists in OHL Guelph's 5-1 win over Owen Sound on Saturday. Hopkins is entering his fourth year in the OHL. He's already produced five points over two games since coming back from training camp with the Maple Leafs. Hopkins didn't stand out last year with 50 points in 56 regular-season appearances between Guelph and Kingston, but the Storm are looking like one of junior hockey's best teams on paper, so Hopkins should be able to see a bump in offense.

  • Maple Leafs' Tyler Hopkins: Two goals in season-ending loss

Hopkins scored twice in OHL Guelph's 11-3 loss to Windsor in Game 4 on Thursday. These goals were Hopkins' only points over four playoff outings this year. He had 50 points in 56 regular-season contests as well. The Maple Leafs prospect has done an alright job so far, but another year of development in the OHL would probably do him some good.

  • Maple Leafs' Tyler Hopkins: Stays hot with two goals

Hopkins scored twice in OHL Guelph's 5-4 loss to Kitchener on Wednesday. Hopkins has scored seven goals over his last three games and has a total of 11 points during a six-game streak. The Maple Leafs prospect is up to 23 goals and 47 points over 52 outings between Guelph and Kingston this season. He's four points shy of matching his total from 67 regular-season appearances in 2024-25.

  • Maple Leafs' Tyler Hopkins: Erupts for four goals, assist

Hopkins scored four goals and added an assist in OHL Guelph's 8-5 win over Saginaw on Sunday. Hopkins has been under a point-per-game pace for both Guelph and Kingston this season. He moved to the Storm in a Dec. 28 trade from the Frontenacs. Overall, Hopkins is at 21 goals, 45 points and a minus-1 rating over 51 appearances, so this kind of burst of offense isn't likely to be a common occurrence for the 19-year-old.

  • Maple Leafs' Tyler Hopkins: Two of each in OHL blowout win

Hopkins scored twice on eight shots and added two assists in OHL Kingston's 9-1 win over Peterborough on Friday. Hopkins' offense isn't a big positive, but he's on track to take another step up in 2025-26. He had 51 points over 67 regular-season games last year before being a third-round pick for the Maple Leafs in June. His big effort Friday has him over a point per game early this year with eight points and 27 shots on net through seven contests.
