Blue Jackets' Boone Jenner: Another two-point outburst
Jenner scored a goal and added an assist Tuesday in a 4-3 overtime win over the Ducks. He also laid five hits.
Jenner played junkyard dog in front of the net on the goal. He tipped Ivan Provorov's point shot, which Ville Husso saved. But Jenner was right there like a dog on a bone to drill home the rebound. Since his return from injury, he has put up four points (two goals, two assists), 11 hits and seven shots.

Blue Jackets' Kent Johnson: Three-game, four-assist streak
Johnson put up two assists Tuesday in a 4-3 overtime win over Anaheim.
Johnson has scuffled this season, but he has put together a modest three-game, four-assist streak. He needs to shoot a lot more, though -- he has a single shot in that span, and he's been incredibly unlucky. Johnson is firing at a 5.6 percent success rate this season compared to his career mark of 13.2.

Blue Jackets' Jet Greaves: First win in almost month
Greaves made 24 saves in a 4-3 overtime win over the Ducks on Tuesday.
Greaves hadn't won since Nov. 20 -- he had rung up a 0-4-3 record since that date. Still, the talented netminder continues to impress, racking up an 8-8-5 record with a 2.76 GAA and .905 save percentage in 20 starts. Greaves has assumed the starter's role in Columbus, and we don't think he'll look back.

Blue Jackets' Adam Fantilli: Repeating breakout from last year
Fantilli scored in overtime to deliver a 4-3 win over the Ducks on Tuesday night.
Fantilli scored from the slot off a pass from Kent Johnson with 1:28 left in overtime. He snapped a five-game goal drought. Fantilli is on pace to deliver a second-straight 30-goal, 54-point campaign while gently improving his face-off success (51.3 percent vs. 41.2 last season).

Blue Jackets' Zach Werenski: Proving last season was no fluke
Werenski scored twice and added an assist in a 4-3 overtime win over the Ducks on Tuesday.
Both goals were off rushes. Werenski followed the play on the first goal, took a pass as he entered the zone and wired a low wrister when he got into the left circle. He carried the puck from his zone into theirs and wired another wrist shot on his second. Werenski snapped a seven-game goal slump, and he now has 11 goals, 36 points and 120 shots in 33 games this season. He's proving that his 23-goal, 82-point, 298-shot outburst last year was real. Werenski is currently the second-best offensive defender in the NHL.

Blue Jackets' Jet Greaves: In goal Tuesday
Greaves will get the starting nod at home versus the Ducks on Tuesday, Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site reports.
Greaves will make his fifth straight appearance in the crease despite being mired in a seven-game losing streak. During his winless run, the 24-year-old backstop is 0-4-3, even with a solid 2.82 GAA and .904 save percentage. Considering Greaves' performances don't seem to be the problem for the Jackets, he will likely continue to feature ahead of Elvis Merzlikins.

Blue Jackets' Yegor Chinakhov: Nets rare goal Saturday
Chinakhov scored a goal on two shots in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Golden Knights.
Chinakhov ended a 19-game point drought with the tally. He was scratched just three times in that span, as the Blue Jackets have put him in a fourth-line role, likely to give other teams a look if they want to trade for the winger. The 24-year-old has a meager five points, 34 shots on net, 25 hits and a minus-6 rating over 26 appearances, though he had 29 points in 53 games in 2023-24 and may have more upside if he gets a change of scenery.

Blue Jackets' Jet Greaves: Suffers another defeat
Greaves stopped 22 of 25 shots in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Golden Knights.
Greaves was beaten once in the second period and twice in the final frame, and the 24-year-old netminder has lost in each of his last four starts. Over that stretch, he's allowed three or fewer goals each time, so the Blue Jackets are clearly slumping on offense. Greaves owns a 2.49 GAA and a .922 save percentage during his four-game losing skid, numbers that show he's been much better than what his record indicates.

Blue Jackets' Charlie Coyle: Ends scoring drought
Coyle scored a goal and took four shots in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Golden Knights.
Coyle found the back of the net at the 7:02 mark of the first period with a wrister that gave Columbus a one-goal lead. However, the team was unable to sustain it and lost a fifth straight game. At least Coyle snapped his scoring drought, as this was his first goal since Dec. 1. With only five points (two goals, three assists) in seven December games and a bottom-six role entrenched, Coyle shouldn't carry a ton of fantasy upside moving forward.

Blue Jackets' Jordan Dumais: Gathers pair of points
Dumais scored a goal and added an assist in AHL Cleveland's 4-1 win over Belleville on Saturday.
Dumais' two-point effort gave him 12 points in 19 games this season, one point better than he had in 21 outings last year. The 21-year-old winger still has some work to do, but his talent is evident even this early in his professional career. Expect the Blue Jackets to allow him to spend most of 2025-26 developing with Cleveland.

Blue Jackets' Jack Williams: Posts two points in AHL win
Williams scored a goal and added an assist in AHL Cleveland's 4-1 win over Belleville on Saturday.
Williams logged just his second multi-point effort of the year. He's starting to come around with five points over his last five games after starting the year slow. He's at five goals, 10 points and 49 shots on net through 22 appearances.

Blue Jackets' Jet Greaves: Tending twine Saturday
Greaves will patrol the home crease against Vegas on Saturday, Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site reports.
Greaves has gone 0-3-3 in his last six appearances while surrendering 16 goals on 172 shots. He holds a 7-7-5 record this season with a 2.74 GAA and a .907 save percentage through 19 outings. Vegas ranks 14th in the league with 3.07 goals per game this year.

Blue Jackets' Zach Werenski: Dishes two assists
Werenski logged two assists, two shots on goal, two blocked shots and a minus-2 rating in Thursday's 6-3 loss to the Senators.
Werenski had gone two games without a point prior to Thursday, which is a rarity for the star defenseman. He's posted eight helpers over six outings in December. Overall, he has 32 points, 114 shots on net, 46 blocked shots and a plus-5 rating over 31 appearances and is a virtual lock to be in fantasy lineups.

Blue Jackets' Dante Fabbro: Finds twine Thursday
Fabbro scored a goal on two shots in Thursday's 6-3 loss to the Senators.
Fabbro ended a 15-game point drought with the tally. He's had a hard time carving out offense from a third-pairing role this season. Fabbro is at five points, 32 shots on net, 59 blocked shots, 20 hits and a minus-9 rating through 31 appearances. Unless he gets back into the top four, he probably won't do enough to help in fantasy.

Blue Jackets' Dmitri Voronkov: Pots power-play goal
Voronkov scored a power-play goal on three shots and went minus-4 in Thursday's 6-3 loss to the Senators.
Voronkov has three goals and an assist over his last four games, and his last two tallies have come on the power play. He's up to 12 goals, 22 points, 62 shots on net, 49 hits, 40 PIM and a plus-2 rating through 31 outings. Voronkov is seeing steady top-six minutes and scoring enough to carry decent fantasy value.
