Dellandrea (lower body) is day-to-day, according to Max Miller of NHL.com on Monday.

Dellandrea remains on injured reserve and will miss his 30th straight game against St. Louis on Monday. It remains unclear when he will be ready to return to the lineup, but he appears to be getting closer. Dellandrea has registered two goals, 11 points, 44 shots on net, 36 blocked shots and 117 hits across 42 appearances this season.

  • Sharks' Yaroslav Askarov: Tending twine Monday

Askarov (upper body) will guard the cage at home versus the Blues on Monday, Sheng Peng of San Jose Hockey Now reports.

Askarov has featured in just one of the Sharks' last nine games due to injuries but appears to have put things behind him. With a back-to-back upcoming, Askarov figures to feature in two of the next three contests, with Alex Nedeljkovic getting the other game.

  • Sharks' Sam Dickinson: Playing regularly, quiet on offense

Dickinson's point drought reached six games in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Blue Jackets.

Dickinson has played in every game since the Olympic break, but he has just three assists with a minus-4 rating over 16 outings in that span. He has added 23 shots on net, 21 hits and 19 blocked shots, setting the foundation for a career that should be full of well-rounded production as a future top-pairing option. The 2024 first-round pick has earned 12 points, 65 shots on net, 63 hits, 60 blocked shots, 18 PIM and a minus-6 rating over 61 appearances as a rookie this year.

  • Sharks' Will Smith: Two helpers Saturday

Smith pocketed two assists in Saturday's 3-2 win over Columbus.

The 21-year-old had a hand in both of Igor Chernyshov's tallies as the Sharks' precocious top line of Smith, Chernyshov and Macklin Celebrini combined for three goals and six points. Smith has two multi-point efforts in the last three games, and on the season he's collected 21 goals and 49 points in 58 contests.

  • Sharks' Macklin Celebrini: Two points in Columbus

Celebrini scored a power-play goal and added an even-strength assist in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Blue Jackets.

Both points came in the third period as the Sharks rallied from a 2-1 deficit. Celebrini shook off a brief scoring lull with the performance, having managed just two assists in his prior six games. The 19-year-old phenom has delivered 36 goals and 98 points in 71 contests, putting him on the verge of becoming the first teenager since Sidney Crosby in 2006-07 to reach triple-digit points, and just the sixth in NHL history -- a list that also includes Wayne Gretzky and Mario Lemieux.

  • Sharks' Igor Chernyshov: Pots two goals in comeback win

Chernyshov scored two goals, one the game-winner, in Saturday's 3-2 victory over the Blue Jackets.

The Sharks' top line of Macklin Celebrini, Will Smith and Chernyshov did all the damage for the visitors, accounting for three goals and six points in a comeback win. The goals were Chernyshov's first in the NHL in 2026, snapping an 11-game drought. Through his first 19 contests at the top level, the 20-year-old winger has five five goals and 14 points.

  • Sharks' Alex Nedeljkovic: Back in win column Saturday

Nedeljkovic turned aside 22 shots in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Blue Jackets.

The Sharks were down 2-1 heading into the third period, but Nedeljkovic shut the door on the home side and gave his offense a chance to mount a comeback. In the process, the veteran netminder snapped a winless stretch in which he had gone 0-4-1 in five outings with a brutal 4.40 GAA and .818 save percentage. With Yaroslav Askarov (upper body) sidelined again, however, Nedeljkovic will be San Jose's top option between the pipes in the short term as the team pushes for a playoff spot.

Askarov (upper body) won't be in the lineup for Saturday's road matchup against Columbus, per Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers.

Mutryn scored a goal and added two assists in QMJHL Moncton's 5-1 win in Game 1 over Saint John on Friday.

Mutryn concluded the regular season with 31 goals and 37 helpers over 54 appearances. He had 10 points over eight outings in March for a decent finish to the regular season. Mutryn is a big part of Moncton's offense and will look to end his tenure with the junior club on a high note before going to Boston College in 2026-27.

  • Sharks' Laurent Brossoit: Recalled Friday

Brossoit was elevated from AHL San Jose on Friday, Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Brossoit has logged just one game at the NHL level this year, giving up six goals on 23 shots in a defeat to Ottawa on March 15. With a back-to-back against the Ducks and Maple Leafs on Wednesday and Thursday, respectively, Brossoit should get another opportunity to start again sooner rather than later -- assuming Yaroslav Askarov (upper body) remains on the shelf.

  • Sharks' Alexander Wennberg: Finds twine Thursday

Wennberg scored a goal, placed two shots on net and recorded two blocked shots in Thursday's 2-1 overtime loss to St. Louis.

Wennberg tied Thursday's contest early in the third period before the Sharks fell in the final moments of overtime. Overall, the 31-year-old center has 14 goals, 45 points, 82 shots on net and 85 blocked shots across 69 games this season. The 12-year NHL veteran has impressed on both ends of the ice this season. He's on pace to reach the 50-point mark for just the second time in his career and also ranks third among the league's forwards in blocked shots. He holds solid fantasy value in nearly all category-based leagues for the remainder of the regular season.

  • Sharks' John Klingberg: Sits due to injury

Klingberg was out of the lineup Thursday versus the Blues due to a lower-body injury, Sheng Peng of San Jose Hockey Now reports.

Klingberg will travel with the Sharks to Columbus ahead of Saturday's contest. The defenseman is day-to-day for now, but he has missed two of the Sharks' last four games, presumably due to this injury. Nick Leddy will be in the lineup while Klingberg is on the mend.
