Blues' Otto Stenberg: Pots first NHL goal
Stenberg scored a goal and added five hits in Wednesday's 7-3 loss to the Blackhawks.
This was Stenberg's first NHL goal, and it came in his 10th appearance. The 20-year-old forward has held down a middle-six role since he made his debut Dec. 17. He's done pretty well so far with six points, eight shots on net, 20 hits and a plus-5 rating. Stenberg has some scoring potential, but it's likely not going to show up in full force in 2025-26, so he can be left on the wire in standard redraft formats unless his scoring pace remains strong.

Blues' Nathan Walker: Scores in return
Walker scored a goal on two shots and added five hits in Wednesday's 7-3 loss to the Blackhawks.
Walker was initially expected to miss eight weeks when he landed on injured reserve in early December, but he was able to return in about five weeks. The 31-year-old forward will likely handle a bottom-six role moving forward, though he may have to compete with Robby Fabbri and Mathieu Joseph for playing time. Walker is at four goals, 10 points, 29 shots on net, 100 hits, 21 blocked shots and a minus-3 rating over 26 appearances.

Blues' Jordan Binnington: Torched for seven goals
Binnington stopped 28 of 35 shots in Wednesday's 7-3 loss to the Blackhawks.
Binnington earned a shutout in his previous start, but he reverted to poor play in this start. This was the third time in his last six outings that he's given up at least six goals. The 32-year-old is now at an 8-11-6 record with a 3.55 GAA and an .871 save percentage over 26 appearances. Binnington likely won't have to wait long for his next start, as the Blues visit the Mammoth on Friday before closing out their road trip against the Golden Knights on Saturday. That back-to-back should afford an opportunity for both Binnington and Joel Hofer to each get a start.

Blues' Nathan Walker: Ready to return
Walker (upper body) will be taken off injured reserve and play Wednesday in Chicago.
Walker hasn't been in the lineup since Dec. 1 due to the injury. He has three goals, nine points, 14 PIM and 95 hits in 25 outings in 2025-26. He'll likely serve on the fourth line Wednesday alongside Alexei Toropchenko and Oskar Sundqvist. Mathieu Joseph is set to be a healthy scratch after playing in St. Louis' past two games.

Binnington will start Wednesday's road game against Chicago.
Binnington picked up his first shutout of the season against the Canadiens on Saturday, turning aside all 26 shots he saw in a 2-0 victory. He was in a bit of a slump before Saturday's matchup, as he had gone 0-3-1 with a 4.86 GAA and an .845 save percentage over his previous four appearances. Chicago has posted 2.76 goals per game this season, tied for the sixth-worst mark in the NHL.

Blues' Cam Fowler: Picks up helper in win
Fowler dished out an assist in Saturday's 2-0 win over the Canadiens.
Fowler drew the attention of multiple Montreal defenders before sliding a pass to Jonatan Berggren, who buried a one-time shot from the right wing for the Blues' opening goal. With the helper, Fowler now has 14 assists, 15 points, 58 shots on net and 38 blocks through 43 games this season. The 34-year-old blueliner is well off the necessary pace to replicate his 40-point season through 68 regular-season games a year ago. However, he dominated down the stretch with 33 points in as many games to end the 2024-25 regular season, showcasing he can get hot when the games matter most. Fowler's fantasy value is currently best suited for deep leagues, but he remains a name to keep an eye on.

Blues' Alexei Toropchenko: Picks up shorthanded helper
Toropchenko distributed an assist, put two shots on net and recorded three hits in Saturday's 2-0 win over Montreal.
Toropchenko picked up the lone helper on Robert Thomas' shorthanded tally when the prior fired a shot that was rebounded in for the score. Overall, Toropchenko has five points, 27 shots on goal, 57 hits and 27 blocks through 27 games this season. Saturday's contest helped him finish back-to-back games with at least one point for the first time this season. The 26-year-old winger has averaged over two minutes per game more than his total for the season, showcasing that the Blues want to get him more involved outside of his checking responsibilities on the fourth line. Toropchenko is trending toward viability in deep fantasy leagues that value category coverage over point production.

Blues' Robert Thomas: Grabs shorthanded goal

Following his takeaway near center ice, Thomas dangled past multiple defenders to create an opening for an Alexei Toropchenko shot, and Thomas finished off the play by scoring on the ensuing rebound. Saturday's shorthanded goal helped him become the first skater for the Blues to reach 30 points this season. Despite going scoreless in the previous three games, Thomas still has 13 points over the last 14 contests. It would take a monstrous effort for the Blues' top-line center to reach the 80-point mark for the third consecutive season, as he has produced at a 63-point pace when available in addition to missing four games this season.

Blues' Jonatan Berggren: Supplies opening goal
Berggren scored a goal in Saturday's 2-0 win over Montreal.
Berggren found the back of the net just over the halfway point in Saturday's opening period. With the early goal, he is up to five goals, 11 points and 30 shots on net through 23 games this season. While the 25-year-old winger's stats don't immediately jump off the page, he has five points over his last seven appearances and has worked his way into a secondary role on the power play for his new team. St. Louis' depth has played a significant role in its last four wins, which could lead to a slight increase in playing time for the team's bottom six, including Berggren. He is best left on the fantasy waiver wire for now, but Berggren has been hot since he joined the Blues on Dec. 16, making him a name to stash on watchlists.

Binnington notched his first win since Dec. 7 in emphatic fashion, posting his first shutout of the season. The 32-year-old netminder is up to an 8-10-6 record with a 3.40 GAA and an .874 save percentage across 25 appearances this season. Now that the questions surrounding if he would be included on Team Canada's roster for the 2026 Olympic Winter Games have been put to bed, Binnington could use his selection as a boost of confidence moving forward. If he can string together strong performances similar to Saturday's, he could work his way back to a trustworthy spot in two-goalie fantasy formats. Both Binnington and Joel Hofer earned victories in their last respective starts, and they will likely continue to split starts in St. Louis' crease.

Blues' Justin Carbonneau: Tallies twice Saturday
Carbonneau scored two goals in QMJHL Blainville-Boisbriand's 6-4 loss to Rouyn-Noranda on Saturday.
Carbonneau has made his presence felt while some of his Canadian peers are away at the World Junior Championship.
