Blues' Pierre-Olivier Joseph: Won't play Tuesday
Joseph (lower body) won't be available for Tuesday's home matchup with Minnesota.
Joseph will miss his third straight game after suffering the injury against Buffalo on Nov. 14. Head coach Drew Bannister did relay that the left-shot blueliner is nearing a return. Joseph has picked up an assist through 13 games. Corey Schueneman will remain on the third defensive pairing in the interim.

Blues' Robert Thomas: Ready to rock
Thomas (ankle) will be activated from injured reserve ahead of his return to the lineup Tuesday against Minnesota, Jeremy Rutherford of The Athletic reports.
Thomas will play on the top line and first power-play unit following a 12-game absence. He has generated one goal, five assists, 12 shots on net and six blocked shots through seven appearances this season. The Blues put Kasperi Kapanen on waivers Monday to clear a roster spot, and Mathieu Joseph will be a healthy scratch against the Wild.

Blues' Jordan Binnington: First off Tuesday
Binnington will be in net for Tuesday's divisional matchup against the Wild, per Matthew DeFranks of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Binnington had a light workload in his last start, turning aside 16 of 18 shots en route to a 3-2 win over Boston on Saturday. The 31-year-old backstop is sporting a 5-7-1 record, .887 save percentage and 3.20 GAA through 14 appearances. Binnington will have his hands full Tuesday with a Minnesota club that sits 10th in the NHL in scoring with 3.35 goals per game through 17 contests.

Blues' Kasperi Kapanen: Hits waivers
Kapanen was placed on waivers Monday, according to Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet.
Kapanen has been limited to 10 appearances this season because of five healthy scratches and a four-game absence due to an upper-body injury. He has contributed one goal, 11 shots on net and 15 hits when he's been in the lineup. If Kapanen clears waivers, he could see regular playing time with AHL Springfield.

Blues' Jordan Kyrou: Continues productive season
Kyrou notched an even-strength assist in Sunday's 4-1 loss to Carolina.
Kyrou set up Jake Neighbours' fifth goal of the season to open the scoring in the loss. The 26-year-old Kyrou had a six-game point streak snapped against Boston on Saturday, and that's the only time he's been held off the scoresheet through eight contests in November. The right-shot winger has produced steady offense, but he hasn't delivered a multi-point outing since Oct. 24 against Toronto. Through 19 games, Kyrou leads the Blues in scoring by a margin of five points -- the Ontario native has provided five goals, 11 assists and a plus-2 rating.

Blues' Jake Neighbours: Nets lone goal in loss
Neighbours scored a goal on two shots and blocked two shots in Sunday's 4-1 loss to the Hurricanes.
Neighbours had the Blues' lone tally of the game, opening the scoring 6:05 into the first period. The winger had gone nine games without a goal, adding just two assists in that span. The 22-year-old is up to five goals, three helpers, 34 shots on net, 43 hits, 14 PIM and a minus-9 rating through 19 appearances. As long as he's in a top-six role, he should have opportunities to turn his offense around.

Blues' Joel Hofer: Subpar performance in loss
Hofer allowed four goals on 24 shots in Sunday's 4-1 loss to the Hurricanes.
Hofer allowed three goals at even strength and one on the power play. After starting the season with three straight wins, the 24-year-old has lost three consecutive outings. This was the Winnipeg native's first start in 10 days, as Jordan Binnington continues to see the bulk of the workload between the pipes. Hofer has a 3-3-0 record, .893 save percentage and 3.45 GAA.

Blues' Joel Hofer: Tending twine Sunday
Hofer will guard the road goal against Carolina on Sunday, Matthew DeFranks of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
Hofer will get the second half of the Blues' back-to-back after Jordan Binnington played in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over Boston. The 24-year-old Hofer has a 3-2-0 record with a 3.33 GAA and a .903 save percentage through five appearances this season. Carolina ranks fourth in the league with 4.00 goals per game and earned a 4-0 win over Ottawa on Saturday.

Blues' Scott Perunovich: Snags helper in overtime win
Perunovich logged an assist, two shots on goal, two hits and two blocked shots in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Bruins.
Perunovich helped out on a Radek Faksa tally in the first period. Both of Perunovich's points this season have come over the last four games as he finally looks to be finding his way on offense. A larger role helps -- the Blues are without the services of Philip Broberg (lower body), Nick Leddy (lower body) and Pierre-Olivier Joseph (lower body) at this time, decimating the left side of the team's defense. Perunovich has added four shots on net, 12 blocked shots, six hits and a minus-1 rating over nine outings.

Blues' Nathan Walker: Nets equalizer Saturday
Walker scored a goal on two shots and added four hits in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Bruins.
Walker snapped a five-game slump with the third-period tally, which tied the game at 2-2. The 30-year-old has meshed well with Radek Faksa and Alexei Toropchenko as a checking trio. Through 13 appearances, Walker has two goals, two assists, 15 shots on net, 52 hits and an even plus-minus rating. His career high in points is 13 over 45 contests in 2023-24, but he's started well enough to be in position to surpass that mark this season.

Blues' Brayden Schenn: Secures win in overtime
Schenn scored the game-winning goal, added five shots on net, levied two hits and blocked two shots in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Bruins.
Schenn tallied 2:53 into the extra session to secure the win for the Blues. He scored in both of the team's games against Boston this season. The center has four points over his last three outings, and he's up to three goals, six helpers, 46 shots on net, 36 hits, 19 blocked shots, 13 PIM and a minus-4 rating over 18 appearances. He continues to fill a top-six role while Robert Thomas (ankle) is out.

Blues' Jordan Binnington: Gets OT win
Binnington made 15 saves Saturday in a 3-2 overtime win over Boston.
He was beaten twice by Trent Frederic, who hadn't scored in 17 games. The first was on a rebound; the second was a tip. The win was Binnington's first in four games (1-2-1), and overall, he's 5-7-1 with a 3.20 GAA and an .886 save percentage playing behind a thin Blues squad that's outside the playoffs right now. It's hard to trust him from a fantasy perspective, but hold tight in case he gets traded. A jersey change could bring new life to his value.

Blues' Alexei Toropchenko: Rare two-point game
Toropchenko had two assists Saturday in a 3-2 overtime win over the Bruins.
The line of Toropchenko, Radek Faksa and Nathan Walker were on fire Saturday, delivering two goals and three assists and accounting for almost all of the Blues' regulation points. Toropchenko now has one goal, three assists, 18 shots, 11 PIM and 34 hits in 16 appearances this season. He and his linemates are better known for their checking effectiveness than their offense.

Blues' Radek Faksa: Surprise offense from checker
Faksa had a goal and an assist in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Bruins.
He redirected a point shot in the first period to put the Blues up 1-0. It was Faksa's second goal of the season, and he has four points (two goals, two assists) in 18 games overall. Faksa is a strong, third-line presence for the Blues, but his offensive contributions are rare. He hasn't delivered 30 points or more since 2018-19 (30).

Blues' Pierre-Olivier Joseph: Set to miss at least two games
Joseph (lower-body) has returned to St. Louis for evaluation and will miss Saturday's tilt in Boston, according to Matthew DeFranks of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Joseph left Thursday's game in Buffalo early in the second period and did not return. He likely won't be available for Sunday's matchup against Carolina, either. Joseph has one assist and 23 PIM in 13 games this season. Corey Schueneman will make his St. Louis debut versus the Bruins.
