Lowe went 3-for-4 in Saturday's loss to the Angels.

Texas managed only six hits as a team in the contest, with Lowe registering half of that total. The multi-hit performance was Lowe's fourth of the campaign in just eight games. He is batting .375 on the season and leads the Rangers with 12 hits thus far.

France went 1-for-4 with a two-run double in a win over the Astros on Friday.

France generated his second two-RBI effort in the last three games with one swing, a sixth-inning double that plated Adam Frazier and Tom Murphy. The 27-year-old has cooled off since posting a three-hit effort in his second game of the season, but his recent timely hitting is helping tide fantasy managers over for the moment.

Guerrero went 2-for-3 with a walk and a solo home run in Friday's 4-1 win over the A's.

He took Daulton Jefferies deep in the first inning as the Blue Jays never trailed in the game. Guerrero appears intent on making sure he doesn't come in second in the MVP race this time around, and through his first eight games of the season he's slashing .367/.406/.900 with five homers and nine RBI.

Torkelson went 2-for-3 with a two-run homer in a 2-1 win Friday in Kansas City.

Torkelson had two of the three Tiger hits off Brad Keller, including a two-out, two-run blast in the seventh inning. It was the second round-tripper in the last three games for the top prospect. After going hitless in his first four major-league games, the 22-year-old is 5-for-13 with three extra-base hits in his last four contests. So far, however, he's hit seventh or eighth in every game for Detroit.

Calhoun is not in the lineup for Friday's game against the Angels.

Calhoun has started five of the first six games of the season but has struggled at the plate, going 2-for-17 with four strikeouts and a walk. Adolis Garcia will shift to right field against left-hander Reid Detmers, while Eli White starts in center.

Kirilloff (wrist) received a cortisone shot Friday, Betsy Helfand of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

In addition to his cortisone shot, Kirilloff underwent imaging that didn't reveal any new issues in his wrist. The 24-year-old missed significant time in 2021 after undergoing wrist surgery, and it's not yet clear when he'll be able to return to action. However, manager Rocco Baldelli expressed optimism that Kirilloff will eventually develop a plan to manage his pain and play through the issue.

Naylor (lower leg) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list, Tom Withers of the Associated Press reports.

Naylor missed most of the 2021 season due to a significant leg injury and finished his recovery process during the first few weeks of the regular season in 2022. He made six rehab appearances at Triple-A Columbus and went 4-for-20 with two doubles, five RBI, four runs and five walks. Naylor should serve on the strong side of a platoon in right field now that he's healthy.

Guerrero (finger) will start at first base and bat third in Thursday's game against the Yankees.

As anticipated, the stitches Guerrero required for his finger after he was spiked during a play at first base in Wednesday's 6-4 win over New York won't prevent him from sticking in the lineup for the series finale. Even after suffering the injury in question, Guerrero still produced a pair of home runs and a double in his final three at-bats Wednesday to finish with 14 total bases.

Guerrero (finger) will be included in the Blue Jays' lineup for Thursday's game against the Yankees, Hazel Mae of Sportsnet reports.

Those planning on using Guerrero in DFS and/or season-long leagues with daily moves will still want to confirm upon the release of Toronto's lineup that the 23-year-old is starting, but he appears to be good to go after he had a finger spiked while playing first base early in Wednesday's 6-4 win. After sustaining the injury in question, he hit his second and third long balls of the night to give him the second three-home run game of his young career. Guerrero required stitches after the game to seal the wound on his finger, but he doesn't appear to be experiencing any major discomfort while throwing the baseball or swinging the bat.

Santana will start at first base and bat fifth in Thursday's game against the Tigers.

Santana has batted out of the No. 5 spot in each of the Royals' games to date, but hitting directly beyond four-time Silver Slugger winner Salvador Perez has yet to bear fruit for the veteran. Through 19 plate appearances, Santana has produced one hit (a double) and has drawn three walks. On a positive note, Santana has struck out just once, so he hasn't looked completely lost at the plate. Expect his average to climb once his .067 BABIP normalizes.
