Matt Olson 1B | ATL
Athletics' Matt Olson: Rehab about one week away
Olson (hand) is expected to begin a rehab assignment around the end of the Athletics' next road trip, which runs from April 26 to May 5, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Olson appears to be still on track for a mid-May return. He's expected to play in a week's worth of rehab games, which could put his return date sometime around the second weekend of the month.

Justin Bour 1B | SF
Angels' Justin Bour: Blasts grand slam in loss
Bour went 1-for-4 with a grand slam in Tuesday's 7-5 loss to the Yankees.
His eighth-inning blast off Chad Green made things interesting, but the Angels couldn't complete the comeback even with Aroldis Chapman getting the night off. Bour has had a rough start to his Angels tenure, slashing .203/.311/.344 with only two homers and 10 RBI in 19 games.

Luke Voit 1B | NYM
Yankees' Luke Voit: Big power display in Anaheim
Voit went 2-for-4 with a walk, two solo home runs and an additional run scored in Tuesday's 7-5 win over the Angels.
He book-ended the Yankees' offense on the night, taking Chris Stratton deep in the first inning before punishing a splitter from Sam Freeman in the eighth. Voit has now hit safely in 10 straight games with three long balls in the last two, but his .235/.356/.506 slash line on the year still leaves plenty of room for improvement.

Rowdy Tellez 1B | ATL
Blue Jays' Rowdy Tellez: Clubs grand slam
Tellez went 2-for-4 with a double, two runs scored and a grand slam in Tuesday's 7-6 loss to the Giants.
Tellez gave the Blue Jays a fighting chance with his 432-foot grand slam in the eighth inning, but the offense was ultimately unable to tie the game. The 24-year-old is 7-for-15 with two doubles, two home runs and eight RBI over his last four games.

Brandon Dixon 1B | SD
Tigers' Brandon Dixon: Posts three hits
Dixon went 3-for-4 with a three-run double in a 4-2 victory during the second game of a doubleheader against the Red Sox on Tuesday.
The 27-year-old only pinch ran in the first game and then started the nightcap. The way he's swinging the bat, though, he's making his case for more playing time. In three MLB games this season, he's 5-for-7 (.714) with two doubles and four RBI. It's still way too early to draw any conclusions about the rest of Dixon's 2019 season, but he's off to a strong start.

Evan White 1B | LAA
Mariners' Evan White: Will return Wednesday
White (hip flexor) will be activated off the minor-league injured list to start Wednesday at Double-A Arkansas, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.
White has been battling the hip flexor issue over the past couple weeks but is primed to make his return for the Travelers. The 21-year-old slashed .308/.367/.385 over seven games before sustaining the injury.

Luke Voit 1B | NYM
Yankees' Luke Voit: Extends hitting streak
Voit went 1-for-5 with a solo home run and a walk Monday in the Yankees' 4-3 win over the Angels in 14 innings.
Voit is now riding a nine-game hitting streak and has recorded a base knock in all but one of his past 16 games. Unfortunately for his fantasy managers, however, Voit has no multi-hit showings during that stretch, which has kept his season average at a pedestrian .222. On a positive note, the playing-time questions that surrounded Voit coming out of spring training are no longer a concern with all of Greg Bird (foot), Giancarlo Stanton (biceps), Aaron Judge (oblique) and Aaron Hicks (back) on the 10-day injured list.

Matt Olson 1B | ATL
Athletics' Matt Olson: Trending for mid-May return
Manager Bob Melvin suggested Monday that Olson (hand) could return from the 10-day injured list in mid-May, John Shea of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Olson has been sidelined since the Athletics' season-opening series in Japan in late March, when he suffered a broken hamate bone in his right hand that required surgery. He's since progressed to hitting soft-toss pitching and looks on track to face live pitching early next week. Melvin noted that Olson will likely need a week's worth of at-bats in the minors before being ready to rejoin the Athletics, so his rehab assignment will likely consist of several games. Once reinstated from the IL, Olson will likely take back everyday duties at first base, sending Kendrys Morales into a bench role.

Yandy Diaz 1B | TB
Rays' Yandy Diaz: Blasts sixth homer
Diaz went 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI in Monday's 6-3 win over the Royals.
His eighth-inning shot off Scott Barlow gave Diaz six homers on the year, half of which have come in the last six games. The 27-year-old has boosted his slash line to .289/.398/.579 with the surge, and so far the offseason deal that sent Jake Bauers to Cleveland has been a huge win for Tampa Bay.

Jose Abreu 1B | HOU
White Sox's Jose Abreu: Drives in five
Abreu went 3-for-6 with a home run, two runs scored and five RBI in Monday's 12-2 win over the Orioles.
The White Sox were only up 4-1 when Abreu launched a two-run shot off Tanner Scott in the seventh inning, kicking the rout into high gear. The first baseman has struggled to string together hits so far, leading to a .214/.287/.417 slash line, but Abreu's four homers and 17 RBI through 21 games are right in line with expectations.
