Arias was recalled from Triple-A Columbus to serve as the 29th man in Wednesday's doubleheader against the White Sox, Mandy Bell of MLB.com reports.

Arias was sent to the minors in late March, and he's hit .278 with a homer, four doubles, six RBI, four runs and a stolen base in nine games at the Triple-A level to begin the year. He's one of Cleveland's top middle-infield prospects and will make his major-league debut Wednesday. The 22-year-old will start at second base and bat seventh in the first game of the twin bill, according to Bell.

Walker went 0-for-3 with a walk in the second game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Nationals.

Walker was on the bench for the afternoon opener, while Seth Beer made his first start of the season in the field. Walker's batting average dropped to .118 following his 0-fer and he has one hit in last 19 at-bats.

Cron went 1-for-2 with a home run, a walk and four RBI in a 6-5 win Tuesday over Philadelphia.

Cron drove in a run with a sacrifice fly in the fourth and walked in the fifth. The MLB home run leader then hit his sixth blast of the season with two out and two on in the seventh inning, giving the Rockies a 6-4 lead. He is tied for the National League lead with 14 RBI and has an incredible 1.199 OPS. The 32-year-old has three 25-homer seasons in his career and is nearly a quarter of the way to his fourth after 11 games.

Tellez went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer in the win over the Pirates on Tuesday.

Tellez took Pittsburgh starter JT Brubaker deep in the bottom of the second inning, scoring Andrew McCutchen. The 27-year-old has started strong in his first full season with the Brewers, slashing .273/.333/.545 with two homers and seven RBI in 11 games.

Flores is not in the lineup for Game 2 of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Mets, Evan Webeck of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Flores went 0-for-4 with a walk and a strikeout during the matinee and will head to the bench for the nightcap. Jason Vosler will start at the hot corner in his place for San Francisco.

Calhoun will sit against lefty Robbie Ray and the Mariners on Tuesday.

Calhoun has started against just one of the five lefties the Rangers have faced this season. Adolis Garcia shifts to right field again in his absence, with Eli White starting in center.

Solano (hamstring) could begin a rehab assignment as early as Tuesday or Wednesday, Bobby Nightengale of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports. "He's getting close," manager David Bell said. "We're meeting with him after he does his work to determine the next step. He may stop off in Arizona and get a lot of at-bats for a couple of days."

The Reds are close to reaching a decision whether to put Jonathan India on the IL -- if they go that route, Solano could temporarily be stepping into a starting role at second base when he returns. Otherwise, the Reds will mostly turn to Brandon Drury.

Santana was scratched from the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Twins for undisclosed reasons, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.

Hunter Dozier will move to first base, with Salvador Perez serving as the designated hitter and Cam Gallagher entering the lineup behind the plate. Santana has struggled to an .077/.226/.115 line through eight games despite posting a 9.7 percent strikeout rate.

Cooper (elbow) is back in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Cardinals, batting second and playing first base, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

Cooper left Saturday's game against the Phillies with a bruised elbow after colliding with Jon Berti on an unsuccessful rundown attempt. He didn't play in Sunday's series finale, though that was seemingly precautionary, as he reportedly felt fine. He's fully ready to go following Monday's scheduled off day.

Smith is not in the lineup for the first half of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Giants, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

Smith returns to the bench after starting two straight games. Pete Alonso will handle his usual spot at first base while J.D. Davis serves as the designated hitter. Smith has a good chance to return to the lineup for the nightcap while the Mets give someone else a rest.
