Flores isn't in the lineup Monday against the Angels.

Flores had started the last six games for the Giants, but he'll get a breather Monday. Pablo Sandoval will serve as the designated hitter in Flores' absence.

White went 0-for-2 with a walk, a hit by pitch, a stolen base and a run in a loss to the Astros on Sunday. He was also caught stealing on another attempt.

The rookie's .202 on-base percentage speaks to how infrequently he's been able to reach safely thus far this season, so manager Scott Servais apparently decided to turn White loose in what was only his third game with multiple appearances on the base paths. White saw his second two-game hitting streak of the season snapped Sunday, but he's now reached safely in three consecutive contests for the first time in 2020.

Naylor and Edward Olivares could see added opportunities at designated hitter or in left field after Padres manager Jayce Tingler announced Monday that Tommy Pham (hand) would miss 4-to-6 weeks, AJ Cassavell of MLB.com reports.

The Padres intended for Pham to be their primary left fielder this season, but nagging groin and calf injuries have resulted in him making 10 of his 23 starts at designated hitter. Now that Pham's fractured hamate bone is expected to sideline him for most of what's left of the season, the Padres will presumably go with two of Wil Myers, Naylor and Edward Olivares as their primary options in left field and at DH against right-handed pitching, while Ty France and/or Jorge Mateo could factor in at either spot versus left-handed pitching. Naylor boasts intriguing raw power and has thus far shown the ability to keep his strikeouts in check at the MLB level, but he has yet to reach his full potential as a slugger. Through 295 career plate appearances, Naylor has slashed .250/.315/.403 (90 wRC+).

Calhoun went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Sunday's 5-4 win over the Padres.

Calhoun launched his team-leading sixth homer and fourth in the last six games in the third inning. He's thrived atop the batting order for the Diamondbacks, going 8-for-24 with four extra-base hits, nine RBI and a 1.110 OPS over five games since being installed as the leadoff hitter against right-handers.

Hiura went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run Sunday against the Cubs.

Hiura came through with a big home run in the third inning to knot the game at 3-3. It was his fifth home run of the season and pulled him out of a 1-for-20 slump across his previous five contests. Despite a decent homer tally, Hiura has struggled to a .225/.284/.438 line across 88 plate appearances this season.

Olson went 3-for-5 with three runs scored in Sunday's 15-3 win over San Francisco.

Prior to Sunday, Olson's last seven hits were all home runs, so his three-single day was certainly uncharacteristic. Thanks to his eight home runs this season, the 26-year-old owns an .808 OPS despite an unsightly .185 average.

Abreu went 1-for-3 with a walk and a solo home run Sunday against the Cardinals.

Abreu was the third hitter in a row to go yard in the fifth inning for the White Sox, as he took Roel Ramirez deep. It was Abreu's fourth home run of the season, and first since a mild hip injury that he suffered Monday. For the season, Abreu has managed a .250/.298/.443 line across 94 plate appearances.

Beaty went 3-for-4 with a solo home run and two runs scored in Sunday's 8-3 win over the Angels.

In the fourth inning, Beaty reached on an infield single and scored on Corey Seager's three-run blast. Beaty then knocked a homer of his own in the sixth. The three-hit effort raised Beaty's batting average to .208 in 24 at-bats. He's added two homers, two RBI and four runs scored this season, mostly in a bench role.

Voit is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Red Sox.

Voit will rest after starting in each of the Yankees' last six games and going 8-for-23 with a home run, double, two walks, five RBI and five runs. Mike Ford will replace Voit as the Yankees' first baseman, while Clint Frazier gets a start as the team's designated hitter.

Diaz is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Blue Jays, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Diaz played all nine innings of Saturday's suspended game that was resumed earlier Sunday, going 2-for-4 with a walk and a run scored. He'll just be getting a breather for the series finale as Joey Wendle gets a turn at third base.
