Lowe is hitting .303 (10-for-33) with two home runs, eight RBI, 10 walks and five runs over his last 10 games with Triple-A Durham.

Lowe was most recently sent back down to the Bulls on June 2 after a one-day stint with the Rays. He spent nine games with the team earlier in the season and has slashed .263/.310/.316 over 42 plate appearances at the big-league level thus far in 2019. Ji-Man Choi and Avisail Garcia currently hold down first base and designated hitter duties, respectively, for the big club. That makes Durham, which affords Lowe consistent game reps, the most prudent destination for his development at the moment.

Guerrero went 3-for-5 with a double, a run scored and an RBI in Monday's loss to the Yankees.

The rookie is now hitting a solid .292 over his last 12 games, although he's not supplying the power that was expected of him (.375 SLG during that stretch). Guerrero's .255/.322/.420 so far in the majors is well below his minor-league performance, but things should click for him sooner or later.

Smith went 2-for-5 with a double, a solo home run and a second run scored in Monday's loss to the Phillies.

The homer was his fifth of the year and first since June 6, with Smith slashing a tepid .200/.314/.300 in 35 plate appearances between the long balls. Playing time remains inconsistent for the 24-year-old even with occasional starts in left field, a situation that isn't likely to change with Pete Alonso entrenched at first base.

Walker went 2-for-3 with a three-run home run, a pair of runs and a walk in the Diamondbacks' 8-5 win over the Dodgers on Monday.

Walker had cooled down after a torrid start to the season, but he's been heating back up lately, as he's now hit safely in nine straight, recording four multi-hit efforts over that span. He provided a big early blow in this contest, cranking a three-run first-inning long ball off Clayton Kershaw. The hot streak has boosted Walker's slash line up to .269/.342/.502 to go along with 14 homers and 34 RBI through 271 at-bats.

Cabrera's suspension was reduced from four to three games upon appeal Monday, and he'll begin serving it Tuesday, Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News reports.

The suspension stems from Cabrera's ejection for arguing balls and strikes Thursday against Cleveland. He'll miss the entirety of the upcoming series in Detroit but will be eligible to return Friday against the Rays.

Hiura homered in his last two games with Triple-A San Antonio and is now hitting .323/.404/.677 -- good for a 1.081 OPS -- over 54 minor-league games this season.

Hiura put up huge numbers with San Antonio before an impressive three-week stint with the Brewers from mid-May to early June, and he has continued to mash since being sent back down earlier this month. It's not clear when he will be called back up, but when he does, he figures to be an impact bat for the big club like he was last time around.

Alonso went 1-for-2 with two walks and a solo home run in Sunday's loss to the Cubs.

The 24-year-old has now gone yard eight times through 21 games in June while slashing a stunning .311/.440/.716. Alonso's 27 homers on the year have already set a new Mets record for a first-year player, surpassing the mark set by Darryl Strawberry in 1983.

Diaz (hamstring) has been able to work back up to doing running and sprinting and is on track to return from the injured list when first eligible Thursday, John Hickey of MLB.com reports.

Diaz's previously balky hamstring has been tolerating his gradual increase in activity well, so he and the team are optimistic about a return in the minimum time. Diaz actually began missing games three days prior to his official placement on the IL, which short-circuited what was shaping up as a highly productive month of June.

Cooper went 3-for-5 with a solo homer in a 6-4 victory against the Phillies on Sunday.

The 28-year-old is now batting more than .400 with four homers this month. Cooper has a hit in each of the last 13 games in which he has recorded an at-bat. He also has six multi-hit contests in June. Cooper is batting .324 with seven homers, 22 RBI and 28 runs in 139 at-bats this season.

Santana went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, two runs and a walk during an 8-3 victory against the Tigers on Sunday.

The 33-year-old snapped a modest three-game multiple hits streak Saturday, but he followed that up with another homer in this one. Santana has three long balls in the last four games. He is slashing .293/.416/.541 with 17 home runs, 47 RBI, 53 runs and three steals in 327 plate appearances this season.
