Flores went 3-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored Monday against Cincinnati.

Flores drove in a run during the first inning on a single to right field, and he plated another in the fourth on a single to left. Following Monday's performance, he's recorded back-to-back multi-hit games, going 6-for-9 with a double and three RBI over that stretch. Flores is slashing .279/.336/.461 through 91 games for the Mets in 2018.

Votto will be held out of Tuesday's game against the Mets due to a sore right knee, John Fay of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Interim manager Jim Riggleman said Votto aggravated the knee injury in Monday's series opener and it got worse later in the ballgame. Despite playing hurt, Votto went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a walk. He'll get the day off Tuesday with the hope that it provides enough time for Votto to recuperate ahead of Wednesday's matchup.

O'Hearn is not in the lineup Monday against the Cubs, Jeffrey Flanagan of MLB.com reports.

O'Hearn has started five of six games since earning a promotion at the end of July, going 2-for-16 (.125) with a homer and three walks over that stretch. He'll head to the bench for Monday's series opener with a lefty in Cole Hamels toeing the rubber for the opposition, while Jorge Bonifacio takes over as DH in his stead.

Pirates general manager Neal Huntington said Sunday that Bell (oblique) is progressing well and has resumed taking light swings, Sarah K. Spencer of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

Bell is eligible to return from the 10-day disabled list Tuesday, but with the first baseman having yet to perform a full range of baseball activities, it appears he'll require more than the minimum amount of time to recover from the left oblique strain. While Bell remains unavailable, David Freese (forearm) is expected to continue serving as the Pirates' primary first baseman.

Goldschmidt went 0-for-1 with three walks and a stolen base in the Diamondbacks' 3-2 loss to the Giants on Sunday.

The three free passes matched a season high for Goldschmidt, who was also walked three times on two occasions early in the campaign. He's now reached base in 13 consecutive games, submitting a gaudy 13:10 BB:K over that stretch. While Goldschmidt's on-base (.388) and slugging (.519) percentages are comparable to his recent seasons, the first baseman's stolen-base production has lagged more than anticipated. He's notched just four steals in seven attempts in 2018 after recording 21, 32 and 18 thefts over the last three seasons.

Bour went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's loss to the Phillies.

The first baseman enjoyed his trip to Philadelphia even if the Marlins didn't, as he blasted three homers in four games. Bour now has 19 home runs on the year, putting him on pace to top last season's career-high 25, but his .225/.345/.415 slash line dampens his fantasy appeal.

Flores went 3-for-5 with a double and an RBI in Sunday's loss to the Braves.

Flores plated a run in the first inning on an infield hit, and although the Mets jumped out to a three-run lead, they'd end up falling in extras. The 26-year-old is slashing .272/.328/.457 with 10 homers and 36 RBI through 90 games this season. New York is slated to begin a three-game showdown with the Reds starting Monday.

Cabrera went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer in Sunday's 5-3 victory over the Marlins.

Cabrera delivered a clutch home run in the eighth inning, breaking the tie and handing his team a two-run lead. Since being dealt to the Phillies, he's gone just 6-for-31 with three-extra base hits and four RBI (eight games), although he's now homered in back-to-back contests.

Olson went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer and two runs scored in the 6-0 win over the Tigers on Sunday.

Olson was held without a long ball since his multi-homer effort July 22. He's up to 22 home runs on the year as he's still chasing last year's total of 24 despite having more than double the at-bats in 2018.

Gurriel is out of the lineup Sunday against the Dodgers, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

Gurriel was well overdue for a day off after starting the Astros' past 19 games and submitting a .231/.241/.256 batting line over that span. He'll be replaced at first base Sunday by Tyler White, who will bat fifth.
