White Sox's Andrew Vaughn: Walkoff hero in Sunday's win
Vaughn went 2-for-4 with a three-run homer and a walk in Sunday's 12-9 win over the Rays.
The Rays led 9-5 heading into the bottom of the ninth, but the White Sox managed to put together a seven-run inning, capped off by Vaughn's three-run blast to put an end to the team's nine-game losing streak. It was his second homer over the last three days, and he's now tallied at least a hit in six of his last seven games. Vaughn now sits at a slash line of .255/.358/.434 with three homers, 20 RBI, 12 runs and a 13:24 BB:K over 123 plate appearances.

Raley went back-to-back with Taylor Walls in the fourth inning for his first home run of the day, which was a solo shot. Rangers' Nathaniel Lowe: Joins home run barrage Sunday
Lowe went 1-for-2 with a two-run homer, two walks and three runs scored in Sunday's 15-2 win over the Yankees.
Lowe went back-to-back with Adolis Garcia in the fifth inning for his fourth homer of the year and just his second since April 12. The 27-year-old also drew multiple walks for the first time this year and came around to score both times. Lowe has tallied a hit in five of his last six games and has upped his slash line to .257/.339/.459 with 14 extra base hits, 19 RBI, 20 runs and a 13:25 BB:K over 124 plate appearances.

LaMonte Wade 1B | CHW
Giants' LaMonte Wade: Slugs fifth homer
Wade went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 6-4 loss to the Padres.
Wade took Yu Darvish's fifth pitch of the game deep to right field for the opening run. This was Wade's third homer in his last four games, and he's hit safely in five straight contests, going 6-for-19 (.316) in that span. The burst of offense has him up to a .243/.430/.529 slash line with five long balls, eight RBI, 10 runs scored and a stolen base through 94 plate appearances this season.

C.J. Cron 1B | BOS
Rockies' C.J. Cron: Launches three-run homer
Cron went 3-for-5 with a three-run home run and a double to go along with an additional RBI and run scored in Sunday's victory over the Diamondbacks.
Cron had Ryne Nelson's number Sunday, tagging him for a double in the second inning before swatting a three-run homer in the third that plated Charlie Blackmon and Jurickson Profar. Cron's breakout performance was much needed considering the 33-year-old was 2-for-20 (.100) in his last five games. Though Cron is striking out at a 27.6 percent clip overall and holds just a .188 average against right-handed pitching this season, Cron has been significantly better versus lefties with a .300/.323/.467 slash line.

He played 11 games between Single-A Fort Myers and Triple-A St. Paul during his rehab stint and slashed .316/.447/.658 with four home runs, 12 RBI, 10 runs and two stolen bases, and he'll be able to continue getting up to speed with the minor-league club before rejoining the Twins at some point.

Twins' Alex Kirilloff: Set to be sent down
The Twins plan to activate Kirilloff (wrist) from the 10-day injured list and option him to Triple-A St. Paul on Monday, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.

The 25-year-old slashed .346/.469/.731 with three home runs, 11 RBI, eight runs and two steals over seven games during his rehab games in St. Paul and should continue to see regular at-bats in the minors until he's up to speed following his rehab stint.

Kody Clemens 1B | MIN
Phillies' Kody Clemens: Getting more work versus righties
Clemens will serve as the Phillies' designated hitter and No. 8 batter in Sunday's game against the Astros.
Clemens has now started against four of the last five right-handed pitchers the Phillies have faced, and he at least temporarily appears to have secured the final spot in the team's regular lineup over the struggling Jake Cave. For the season, Clemens has cobbled together an unimpressive .160/.222/.400 slash line in 27 plate appearances, and he'll be a prime candidate to see his opportunities fall by the wayside as soon as Bryce Harper (elbow) is cleared to return from the 10-day injured list.

Ryan Noda 1B | BAL
Athletics' Ryan Noda: Not starting versus southpaw
Noda is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Reds.
Noda went 0-for-5 with four strikeouts Saturday and will take a seat Sunday with lefty Nick Lodolo on the mound for Cincinnati. Jesus Aguilar will start at first base while Carlos Perez bats fifth as the designated hitter.
