Stewart went 4-for-5 with a double, a two-run home run and two additional runs scored in Wednesday's 9-4 win over the Phillies.

The rookie slugger continues to break out of a slump that saw him post a .456 OPS across 19 games from April 26 to May 16, racking up nine hits, including two homers, with no strikeouts over his last four contests. The surge has boosted Stewart's slash line on the season back up to .265/.353/.503 with 12 long balls, 10 steals, 31 runs and 34 RBI in 50 contests.

Manzardo is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Tigers, Tim Stebbins of MLB.com reports.

The Guardians typically hold the left-handed-hitting Manzardo out against left-handed starters, but he'll miss out on a start Wednesday against right-hander Drew Anderson. Cleveland will go with Rhys Hoskins at first base as the replacement for Manzardo.

Pasquantino is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Red Sox.

After starting and going 0-for-3 with a walk in Tuesday's 7-1 loss while southpaw Ranger Suarez took the bump for Boston, the left-handed-hitting Pasquantino will move to the bench for the series finale. Salvador Perez will fill in for Pasquantino at first base as the Red Sox send another southpaw (Connelly Early) to the bump.

Torkelson is absent from the lineup for Wednesday's game versus the Guardians.

Torkelson homered in Tuesday's loss to Cleveland, but he's struggled in May with a .136/.235/.288 batting line and 42.6 percent strikeout rate. Colt Keith will cover first base for the Tigers while Torkelson regroups.

Garcia is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Mets, Mark Zuckerman of NatsJournal.com reports.

Andres Chaparro will get the nod at first base while the left-handed-hitting Garcia takes a seat against Mets southpaw Zach Thornton. Garcia had started in each of the Nationals' last six games, going 4-for-22 with two doubles and two walks over that stretch.

Contreras went 2-for-5 with three RBI in Tuesday's 7-1 win over the Royals.

Contreras got the scoring started early with an RBI single in the first inning before adding another run-scoring single later in the ninth. The veteran continues to swing the bat well, now recording a hit in five of his last six games while homering twice during that stretch. Contreras owns an impressive .839 OPS alongside a .258 batting average, 10 home runs, six doubles, 30 RBI and 21 runs scored this season.

Freeman went 2-for-4 with two home runs and three RBI in Tuesday's 5-4 win over the Padres.

Freeman gave the Dodgers a strong start with a two-run blast in the first inning, and he tied the game with a solo shot in the sixth. He had gone 0-for-14 with a 4:6 BB:K over his previous four contests, a rare quiet stretch for the first baseman. He's up to six homers, 23 RBI, 19 runs scored, one stolen base, 11 doubles and a triple while batting .260 with a .777 OPS through 46 games.

Devers went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 5-3 loss to the Diamondbacks.

Devers got the Giants on the board with his solo shot in the second inning. The first baseman continues to hit well in May -- he's batting .318 (21-for-66) over 18 contests this month, adding four homers and nine RBI. He's hitting .246 with a .693 OPS, six homers, 20 RBI, 19 runs scored, 10 doubles and no stolen bases through 49 contests overall this season.

Kurtz went 3-for-5 with a double, two runs, five RBI and a stolen base in Tuesday's 14-6 victory versus the Angels.

Kurtz plated the first run of the game with a single in the third inning. He added a two-run single in the sixth and a two-run double in the eighth. The five RBI were a season high for Kurtz and marked the second-highest total of his career, behind the eight runs he drove in during his historic four-homer performance last July. He's been hot in May, batting .328 with three homers, 13 runs, 19 RBI and three stolen bases through 17 contests.

Rice went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run during the Yankees' 5-4 win over the Blue Jays on Tuesday.

Rice helped give the Yankees the lead for good by smacking a two-run homer off Dylan Cease in the fifth inning. Rice has smacked three home runs over his last five games and is up to 16 homers on the season, tied with Yankees teammate Aaron Judge for third in the majors behind Kyle Schwarber (20) and Munetaka Murakami (17). Rice is slashing .297/.397/.671 with 33 RBI across 184 plate appearances this season.
