Darick Hall 1B | PIT
Phillies' Darick Hall: Set to join major-league roster
The Phillies will select Hall's contract from Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Wednesday, Jim Salisbury of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
Hall is among Philadelphia's top prospects and will provide an extra left-handed bat for the big-league club. The 26-year-old has performed well at Lehigh Valley this year, slashing .269/.346/.548 with 20 home runs, 67 RBI, 47 runs and five stolen bases. He'll likely serve mainly as infield depth early in his major-league career but should have a chance to carve out at-bats against right-handed pitchers.

Drew Ellis 1B | PHI
Mariners' Drew Ellis: Sent down to Triple-A
The Mariners optioned Ellis to Triple-A Tacoma on Tuesday.
Ellis was dropped from the 26-man active roster to make room for first baseman/designated hitter Carlos Santana, whom the Mariners acquired from the Royals on Monday. During his three-day stay with Seattle, Ellis appeared in one game and went 1-for-3.

Freddie Freeman 1B | LAD
Dodgers' Freddie Freeman: Steals seventh base
Freeman went 2-for-5 with a run scored and a stolen base in a 7-4 loss to the Rockies on Tuesday.
Freeman's career high in steals is the 10 he tallied in 2018, and with seven swipes already this season, he's well on pace to setting a new personal best in that category. Freeman is a beacon of consistency who has hit over .300 in five of the past six seasons, so the stolen-base production is certainly a nice bonus for fantasy managers.

Anthony Rizzo 1B | NYY
Yankees' Anthony Rizzo: Gets Wednesday off
Rizzo is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Athletics.
Rizzo exited late in Monday's win over Oakland after he was hit in the right elbow by a pitch, but he was able to start at first base in Tuesday's 2-1 victory, finishing 0-for-3 with two strikeouts. The Yankees haven't indicated that Rizzo's elbow is still bothering him, so his absence Wednesday looks to be the result of the two teams playing a day game after a night game. DJ LeMahieu will cover first base in Rizzo's stead.

Yuli Gurriel DH | SD
Astros' Yuli Gurriel: Slugs sixth homer
Gurriel went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run Tuesday against the Mets.
Gurriel took Chasen Shreve yard in the fifth inning to record his sixth home run of the season. He's in the midst of a five-game hitting streak, during which he's driven in three and scored two runs. Gurriel is hitting just .228 on the campaign, though he's raised that mark to .247 across 23 games in June.

Vinnie Pasquantino 1B | KC
Royals' Vinnie Pasquantino: Hitless in debut
Pasquantino went 0-4 in an 8-3 loss to the Rangers on Tuesday.
The highly-touted top-100 prospect had a tough first game against big-league pitching, going hitless and grounding into a double play while slotted in as the designated hitter. Pasquantino should see plenty of at-bats with Salvador Perez (thumb) out of the lineup due to injury and Carlos Santana having being traded to the Mariners. The Royals don't shape up as contenders this season, so it's likely they will let young players like Pasquantino garner plenty of experience.

Jose Abreu 1B | HOU
White Sox's Jose Abreu: Doubles twice in three-hit game
Abreu went 3-for-5 with two doubles, two RBI and two runs scored in Tuesday's 11-4 win over the Angels.
Abreu helped the White Sox start a five-run rally in the seventh inning with his two-run double. He's posted four multi-hit efforts in his last eight games, going 12-for-32 (.375) in that span. The first baseman has maintained a productive .273/.367/.443 slash line with nine home runs, 35 RBI, 41 runs scored and 19 doubles across 313 plate appearances.

Ryan Mountcastle 1B | BAL
Orioles' Ryan Mountcastle: Swipes bag in loss
Mountcastle went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Tuesday's 2-0 loss to the Mariners.
Mountcastle had the Orioles' lone hit Tuesday, and he was also on the front end of a double-steal with Adley Rutschman in the fourth inning. Though he's hit well for much of June, Mountcastle has cooled off by going 3-for-20 in his last five games. He's still hitting a steady .271/.306/.478 with 13 home runs, 38 RBI, 33 runs scored and three steals through 271 plate appearances.

Matt Olson 1B | ATL
Braves' Matt Olson: Goes yard twice in win
Olson went 2-for-4 with two solo home runs in Tuesday's 5-3 win over the Phillies.
He went back-to-back with Travis d'Arnaud in the first inning off Zack Wheeler to give Atlanta an early 2-0 lead, but it was Olson's blast off Andrew Bellatti in the eighth that provided the decisive run. The first baseman has two two-homer games in the last week, but they are his only long balls since June 13. On the season, Olson is batting .253 with 12 home runs and 42 RBI through 75 contests.

LaMonte Wade 1B | CHW
Giants' LaMonte Wade: Activation coming Wednesday
Wade (knee) has rejoined the Giants and is expected to be activated from the 10-day injured list ahead of Wednesday's game versus the Tigers, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Wade appeared in seven games during his rehab assignment with Triple-A Sacramento over the past 10 days, and he's ready to rejoin the big-league roster after going 6-for-23 with a home run, two doubles, five RBI and four runs. The 28-year-old missed the start of the season due to a bone bruise in his left knee and returned in May to play 10 games, but he quickly returned to the injured list with inflammation in the same knee. He had an .808 OPS with 18 home runs and 56 RBI in 109 games for the Giants last season, and once officially activated the lefty-hitting outfielder will likely work on the strong side of a platoon.
