Ozzie Albies 2B | ATL
Braves' Ozzie Albies: Blasts grand slam in win
Albies went 1-for-4 with a grand slam in Saturday's 10-4 win over the Pirates.
Albies punctuated Atlanta's eight-run seventh inning with a grand slam to produce the final score. He's hit safely in seven straight games with two homers and 11 RBI in that span, though he hasn't record a multi-hit effort during the streak. For the season, he's posted a .249/.289/.414 slash line with eight long balls, 33 RBI, 33 runs scored, three stolen bases and 15 doubles through 60 contests.

Mark Mathias 2B | CIN
Brewers' Mark Mathias: Recalled by Brewers
Mathias was recalled from Triple-A Nashville on Saturday.
Mathias appeared in a couple games for the Brewers in late May before heading back to Nashville, but he was brought back Saturday to take the roster spot of Kolten Wong (calf), who landed on the injured list. Mathias will provide infield depth for the Brewers until Wong is ready to return.

Ketel Marte 2B | ARI
Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte: Catches breather Saturday
Marte is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Phillies.
Marte does not sit much, but he will get a breather after snapping a three-game multi-hit streak Friday. Jake Hager will cover the keystone Saturday in Marte's place.

Michael Chavis 2B | CIN
Pirates' Michael Chavis: Tallies 19th RBI
Chavis went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI on Friday against Atlanta.
Chavis hit a ground-rule double in the seventh inning to tally his 19th RBI of the season. He has three extra-base hits in his last nine games, also tallying four RBI and four runs scored in that span. Chavis should remain locked into the starting first base role while hitting cleanup so long as Yoshi Tsutsugo (back) remains sidelined.

Josh Rojas 3B | CHW
Diamondbacks' Josh Rojas: Sends home two in loss
Rojas went 1-for-5 with a two-run double in Friday's loss against the Phillies.
Rojas doubled home Jake McCarthy and Alek Thomas in the seventh inning to bring the game within one run, but the Phillies still escaped with a win. Rojas now has at least one hit in each of his last three games and in six of his last eight, going 8-for-32 (.250) with four extra-base hits in that longer span.

Gavin Lux SS | TB
Dodgers' Gavin Lux: Pops second homer
Lux went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Friday's 7-2 loss to the Giants.
Fresh off a four-hit game Thursday, Lux stayed locked in with his second homer of the year Friday. He had last left the yard April 13, so it was an extended power drought that ended in this contest. The 24-year-old has done well with a contact-oriented approach, slashing .291/.372/.382 with two homers, 14 RBI, 33 runs scored, five stolen base, seven doubles and a triple in 52 contests this year. Lux's place in the lineup is fairly secure versus right-handed pitchers, and he's also found some playing time against lefties in 2022 without much deviation in his ratio stats.

Ha-seong Kim 2B | ATL
Padres' Ha-Seong Kim: On base four times Friday
Kim went 3-for-4 with an RBI double and a walk in Friday's 9-0 win over the Rockies.
This was Kim's first multi-hit effort since May 28, which was also the date of his last extra-base hit. The shortstop went 6-for-39 (.154) in his previous 10 games before a strong showing Friday. He's hitting a mediocre .219/.300/.348 with four home runs, 20 RBI, 23 runs scored, three stolen bases, a triple and eight doubles across 201 plate appearances.

Brendan Rodgers 2B | BOS
Rockies' Brendan Rodgers: Not in Friday's lineup
Rodgers isn't starting Friday against the Padres.
Rodgers will get a rare day off after he hit .273 with a homer, a double, four runs, four RBI and four strikeouts over the last five games. Garrett Hampson is taking over at second base and batting ninth.

Gavin Lux SS | TB
Dodgers' Gavin Lux: Reaches base five times Thursday
Lux went 4-for-4 with a double, a walk, two runs and an RBI in Thursday's 11-9 win over the White Sox.
Lux notched the first four-hit game of his career, and he added a walk to become the first Dodger to reach base five times in a game this season, per independent baseball writer Blake Harris. The second baseman could have had an even more impressive fantasy line, but he was thrown out trying to steal in the third inning. Nonetheless, it was a nice turnaround for Lux after he had gone 2-for-15 with four strikeouts over his previous five games.

Josh Rojas 3B | CHW
Diamondbacks' Josh Rojas: Part of ninth-inning rally
Rojas went 1-for-4 with a single, two RBI and a run scored in Thursday's 5-4 come-from-behind win over the Reds.
Rojas' two-run single was amidst Arizona's four-run ninth inning that turned a loss into a win. He's been a remarkably consistent bat in the Diamondbacks' order, never going more than one game without a hit. The team's primary third baseman is slashing .284/.369/.463 over 28 games and 111 plate appearances.
