Rojas isn't starting Monday's game against the Marlins.

Rojas will get a breather after he went 7-for-15 with two doubles, two runs, a walk and two strikeouts in the last four games. Pavin Smith will shift to right field while Daulton Varsho takes over in center.

India is not in the starting lineup Monday against the Pirates.

India earned a spot on the Opening Day roster following an impressive spring and hit .476 through his first six major-league games, but he's fallen off a cliff since then. Over his last 18 contests, he's hitting .109/.231/.200. Nick Senzel will move in to second base in his absence, with Tyler Naquin starting in center field, a setup which could become more common moving forward if India can't turn things around at the plate.

Albies went 1-for-4 with a triple, two runs and an RBI in Sunday's 6-1 win over the Phillies.

Albies' triple -- his second in as many days -- brought home Freddie Freeman during a four-run first inning that proved to be the difference in the series finale. Despite coming through with a decent day to close out the weekend, Albies is still off to a lackluster start to May with a .233/.343/.400 slash line, no home runs, no stolen bases, six runs and one RBI in eight games.

Marte (hamstring) will rejoin the Diamondbacks for an assessment Monday or Tuesday, Nick Piecoro of the Arizona Republic reports.

The purpose of the evaluation is to determine how close Marte is to beginning a potential minor-league rehabilitation assignment. Arizona manager Torey Lovullo is "strongly in favor" of Marte playing games in the minors prior to returning from the injured list. Marte has been out since April 7.

Cubs manager David Ross said Sunday that Hoerner (forearm) has checked out fine while taking part in light fielding and hitting work over the past few days, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports.

Ross' positive report bodes well for Hoerner's chances of returning from the 10-day injured list when he's first eligible next weekend. David Bote and Ildemaro Vargas have been the primary replacements at second base while Hoerner has been on the shelf.

Rodgers (hamstring) will report to the Rockies' extended spring training facility in Arizona this week to continue playing in simulated games, Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post reports.

Rodgers had already progressed to playing in simulated games last week at Coors Field, but he should be able to pick up at-bats on a more regular basis in Arizona. Since Rodgers was idle for nearly a month due to the right hamstring strain he suffered in mid-March, he'll get some time to ramp up in Arizona before Colorado presumably sends him out for a rehab assignment at Triple-A Albuquerque. Whenever he's activated from the 10-day injured list, Rodgers could take over as the Rockies' everyday second baseman.

McNeil went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run and an additional run scored in the Mets' 4-2 win over the Diamondbacks on Saturday.

McNeil homered off Merrill Kelly in the third inning for his third of the year. He also stole his first bag of the season in the seventh frame, giving himself a combo meal Saturday. The 29-year-old is struggling at the plate, slashing .227/.327/.364 with three home runs, eight RBI and 13 runs in 101 plate appearances. He is a career .311 hitter, so his sluggish start is uncharacteristic, but he is fitting right in with the lack of offensive production in Queens.

Rojas went 2-for-3 with a run scored in Arizona's 4-2 loss to the Mets on Saturday.

The Diamondbacks were quiet offensively Saturday, but Rojas produced another multi-hit game. He is currently riding an eight-game hitting streak in which he is batting .452 with four home runs, six RBI and nine runs. In contrast, he started the season 2-for-31. The 27-year-old is slashing .277/.355/.506 in 93 plate appearances.

Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo said Marte (hamstring) is "very close" to beginning a rehab assignment, Nick Piecoro of the Arizona Republic reports.

Marte is currently at the alternate training facility at Salt River Fields and has performed running drills. At this point, he's mostly running straight ahead with "some arcs and some curves and some change of direction."

Diaz went 2-for-3 with a walk and a grand slam in Friday's 6-1 win over the Brewers.

His third-inning blast off Patrick Weigel gave Trevor Rogers all the run support the Miami lefty would need. Diaz has looked good at the plate since his promotion, slashing .238/.393/.524 in seven games with two homers, three runs, eight RBI and a strong 6:4 BB:K, but his stint as the starting second baseman will draw to a close once Jazz Chisholm (hamstring) gets healthy.
