Bryson Stott 2B | PHI
Phillies' Bryson Stott: On bench for fifth straight
Stott remains out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Brewers, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.
Stott will stay on the bench for the fifth game in a row and appears to be clearly behind Alec Bohm for playing time at third base. Even with Didi Gregorius (hand) sidelined for the fourth straight game, Stott hasn't been able to crack the lineup at shortstop either, as Johan Camargo has served as Gregorius' primary replacement. If Gregorius avoids the injury list and rejoins the lineup at some point during the upcoming week, the Phillies could send Stott back to Triple-A Lehigh Valley to pick up some consistent at-bats.

Nicky Lopez 3B | TEX
Royals' Nicky Lopez: Sits against lefty
Lopez is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mariners.
With a tough southpaw (Robbie Ray) on the bump for Seattle, the lefty-hitting Lopez will retreat to the bench for the first time this season. After opening the campaign as the Royals' No. 9 hitter, Lopez has hit either first or second in the order in each of the past five games, going a collective 4-for-19 with two doubles and two walks.

Andy Ibanez 2B | NYM
Rangers' Andy Ibanez: Takes seat Sunday
Ibanez is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Athletics.
Ibanez will give way to Charlie Culberson at third base for the series finale after starting in each of Texas' previous three games. With a .540 OPS through 45 plate appearances on the season, Ibanez likely hasn't done enough to this point to give himself significant job security.

Jeff McNeil 2B | ATH
Mets' Jeff McNeil: On bench against southpaw
McNeil is not in the lineup for Sunday's game at Arizona, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.
McNeil started the past three games and will head to the bench with lefty Madison Bumgarner on the mound for the Diamondbacks. The 30-year-old started against a southpaw Opening Day but hasn't been in the lineup versus a lefty since, though Sunday is only the fourth time all season the Mets have faced a left-handed starter.

Ketel Marte 2B | ARI
Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte: Receives first day off
Marte is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mets.
Marte started the first 15 games of the season but will take a seat Sunday with a .496 OPS and 27.3 percent strikeout rate through 66 plate appearances. Geraldo Perdomo will cover the keystone in his place for the series finale.

Gavin Lux SS | TB
Dodgers' Gavin Lux: Day off versus lefty
Lux is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Padres, Juan Toribio of MLB.com reports.
Lux started the past two contests after missing two games with back tightness, and he'll take a seat Sunday with southpaw Sean Manaea pitching for the Friars. Hanser Alberto will man the keystone in his place.

Jonathan India 2B | KC
Reds' Jonathan India: Could be back Tuesday
Reds manager David Bell said India (hamstring) could return from the 10-day injured list as soon as Tuesday, C. Trent Rosecrans of The Athletic reports.
After landing on the 10-day injured list last Tuesday with the right hamstring strain, India has seemingly made positive progress in his recovery over the past few days. He was able to run the bases Friday, and he had what Bell termed as another "encouraging day" of workouts Saturday, according to Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer. Alejo Lopez will draw the start at second base in Sunday's series finale against the Cardinals and will continue to fill in at the keystone for the duration of India's absence.

Brandon Drury 2B | KC
Reds' Brandon Drury: Not starting Sunday
Drury is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against St. Louis.
Drury started the past three games with Jake Fraley (knee) unavailable and will take a seat after going 2-for-12 with a walk, an RBI and a strikeout. Colin Moran will be the DH on Sunday while JT Riddle starts at the hot corner.

Thairo Estrada 2B | BAL
Giants' Thairo Estrada: Records another steal Saturday
Estrada went 1-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Nationals.
Estrada got aboard with a single in the Giants' fifth-inning rally. He then stole second and scored on a Curt Casali single. Estrada has provided a bit of power and speed from the bottom half of the order. He's slashing .255/.293/.400 with two home runs, nine RBI, 12 runs scored and three stolen bases while working as the primary second baseman with Tommy La Stella (Achilles) out. Estrada enters Sunday having gone 4-for-11 in his last three games.
