Ryan McMahon 3B | NYY
Rockies' Ryan McMahon: Monster game against Padres
McMahon went 3-for-3 with a two-run home run, a triple, three RBI and two runs in Tuesday's win over the Padres.
McMahon took Yu Darvish deep in the sixth inning, but he also delivered an RBI triple in the fourth and a sac fly in the bottom of the seventh. The second baseman has hit safely in six of his last seven contests and has gone yard three times over his last five games. McMahon has been a bright spot for the Rockies offensively this season, hitting .261 with 16 homers and 43 RBI thus far.

Patrick Wisdom 3B | SEA
Cubs' Patrick Wisdom: Scores off bench Tuesday
Wisdom, who entered the game when Kris Bryant (hand) left in the first inning, went 1-for-3 with a run scored in Tuesday's loss to the Mets.
Bryant took a pitch off his right hand in his first plate appearance and left the game, though X-rays later came back negative and he was diagnosed with a contusion. Wisdom has been a pleasant surprise for the Cubs and could see an uptick in playing time if Bryant misses a few games to nurse his injury, but it doesn't seem like a serious issue, so the former should remain in a reserve role moving forward.

Edmundo Sosa 3B | PHI
Cardinals' Edmundo Sosa: Remains productive at plate
Sosa started at second base in Monday's win over the Marlins, going 2-for-4 with an RBI single.
Sosa was in the starting nine for the first time since Paul DeJong's return from the injured list, and he commemorated the occasion by churning out his second multi-hit effort in his last three starts. The versatile 25-year-old doesn't offer much pop, but he does now have a solid .268 average and elite .360 on-base percentage across 111 plate appearances.

Jason Vosler 3B | SEA
Giants' Jason Vosler: Swipes bag in win
Vosler went 1-for-3 with a double, a walk and a stolen base in Monday's 5-2 win over Arizona.
The 27-year-old was intentionally walked with two outs in the fifth inning, then stole second base. He added a double in the second. Vosler is slashing only .195/.250/.488, but he's provided three home runs, four RBI, seven runs scored and two stolen bases across 44 plate appearances. He's likely to split time with Wilmer Flores at third base while Evan Longoria (shoulder) is on the mend.

Eugenio Suarez 3B | CIN
Reds' Eugenio Suarez: Back to shortstop soon
Suarez will move back to shortstop when Mike Moustakas (heel) returns from the IL later this week, Bobby Nightengale of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Suarez has been back at third base while Moustakas has been out, and that makes the Reds' infield defense better, but the team wants to keep Jonathan India's bat in the lineup, so Suarez will move back to shortstop.

Patrick Wisdom 3B | SEA
Cubs' Patrick Wisdom: Clubs ninth homer
Wisdom went 1-for-2 with a walk and a solo home run in Monday's 5-2 loss to the Mets.
The 29-year-old continues to demonstrate that the power he showed in the minors can play in the majors as well. Wisdom has gone yard nine times in 20 games since being called up in late May, although his overall .333/.390/.870 slash line is unsustainable, considering his 35.6 percent strikeout rate and .375 BABIP.

Kevin Newman 3B | LAA
Pirates' Kevin Newman: Cranks second homer
Newman went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a walk in Monday's loss to Washington.
Newman put the Pirates on the board in the second inning with a solo homer over the fence in left, but the Nationals would rally to come away with a 3-2 victory. The 27-year-old's struggles at the dish have continued into the first half of June, as he's now 7-for-33 with three RBI and a stolen base through 11 contests.

Brian Anderson RF | ATL
Marlins' Brian Anderson: Shifts to 60-day IL
Anderson (shoulder) was transferred to the 60-day injured list Monday, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.
The move comes shortly after it was revealed the 28-year-old has yet to resume hitting as previously expected, and he now won't be able to be activated until at least late July. Anderson landed on the shelf May 25 with a left shoulder subluxation and will end up missing two months dues to the injury, at minimum. Isan Diaz should continue operating as Miami's third baseman in the meantime.
-
Ke'Bryan Hayes 3B | CIN
Pirates' Ke'Bryan Hayes: Part of Monday's lineup
Hayes will bat second and start at third base Monday against the Nationals.
Hayes, who is 3-for-6 against Monday starter Jon Lester, has at least one hit in each of the 11 games he's started and finished in 2021. He holds a slash line of .302/.362/.605 with three homers in 47 plate appearances, picking up where he left off after an impressive 2020 showing. Perhaps most importantly, the 24-year-old hasn't reported any recurrence of the wrist injury that forced him to the 60-day injured list earlier in the season.

Brian Anderson RF | ATL
Marlins' Brian Anderson: Still not swinging
Anderson (shoulder) has yet to begin hitting, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.
Reports from early last week indicated that Anderson was on the verge of starting his hitting progression, but he's still yet to take that step. He was expected to miss several weeks when he landed on the injured list with a left shoulder subluxation in late May, but it remains unclear exactly when the Marlins expect him back.
