Arenado left Thursday's game against the Diamondbacks in the ninth inning with a foot injury, Nick Groke of The Athletic reports.

Arenado appeared to suffer the injury after fouling a ball off his foot, though the Rockies stated that he was removed for precautionary reasons. He'll be considered day-to-day until further notice.

Moustakas (hand) is starting at second base and hitting cleanup Thursday against the Reds.

Moustakas wound up missing just one start due to a left hand contusion he suffered earlier in the week after getting hit by a pitch. The veteran infielder, who is slashing .321/.429/.679 with six homers, nine RBI and a 7:6 BB:K through 15 games this month, will face righty Tanner Roark in his return to the starting lineup.

Segura is starting at shortstop and hitting fifth Thursday against the Nationals, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.

Segura has hit exclusively in the top third of Philadelphia's order all season, but a slow start to June (.175/.243/.317 slash line through 16 games) has prompted the Phillies to shift him to the fifth spot in the order. Bryce Harper, Rhys Hoskins and Jay Bruce are occupying the first three spots in the order against righty Erick Fedde on Thursday.

Chapman went 2-for-4 with a double, a run-scoring fielder's choice, a walk and a run in a win over the Orioles on Wednesday.

Chapman was a constant presence on the bases in the win, and he contributed to a six-double explosion by the Athletics. The third baseman now has a six-game hitting streak and has laced a total of five extra-base hits (four doubles, one triple) over that span.

Escobar has gone 5-for-30 with one extra-base hit (a double), four RBI and four runs over his last eight games.

He'll remain in the lineup as the No. 5 hitter for the series finale Thursday but could be in line for a maintenance day at some point this weekend in light of his recent struggles.

Hayes (finger) is expected to resume light baseball activities within the next few days, Adam Berry of MLB.com reports.

Hayes has been stuck on the 7-day injured list at Triple-A Indianapolis since June 12 after fracturing his left index finger. The third-base prospect is likely at least a few weeks away from returning to action for Indianapolis, but his ability to resume light activities should help his efforts to stay conditioned while he waits for the finger to fully heal.

Moncada went 2-for-4 with a double, a triple and an RBI in Wednesday's 7-3 loss to the Cubs.

Moncada had been dealing with a back issue that limited him to playing parts of three of the previous seven games. The budding star has 29 extra-base hits in 66 games and is slugging .514, second on the team behind the surprising James McCann (.525).

Devers is considered day-to-day after leaving Wednesday's game against the Twins with right hamstring tightness, Alex Speier of The Boston Globe reports.

Devers indicated the present injury isn't as severe as the left hamstring issues that plagued him last season. The 22-year-old will be able to rest with Thursday's scheduled off day before the Red Sox host the Blue Jays this weekend.

Donaldson went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk Wednesday against the Mets.

Donaldson took Steven Matz deep in the sixth inning, his sixth home run in his past nine contests. He now has 14 homers on the season and is riding a nine-game hitting streak, which has included four multi-hit performances. After a slow start to the season, Donaldson has a .260/.365/.492 line across 296 plate appearances.

Devers was removed from Wednesday's game at Minnesota with right hamstring tightness, Jen McCaffrey of The Athletic reports.

Devers beat out an infield single in the eighth inning but pulled up running from first to third base and subsequently left the field with the athletic trainer. The 22-year-old will have Thursday's scheduled off day to rest before this weekend's series versus the Blue Jays.
