D'Arnaud was removed from Saturday's game against the Blue Jays with an apparent left hand/thumb injury, David O'Brien of The Athletic reports.

The 32-year-old suffered the injury on his glove hand while making a tag at home plate during the sixth inning. D'Arnaud went 1-for-3 with a strikeout before exiting the contest and should be considered day-to-day.

Gomes went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and an additional run scored during Saturday's 7-2 win over Miami.

The 33-year-old was 0-for-14 across his past four games, but he went deep off Paul Campbell during the fourth inning to pad Washington's early lead. Gomes has a .227/.277/.386 slash line with two home runs, a double, seven RBI and five runs in 13 games this season.

Perez went 2-for-3 with a double, a home run, two runs and three RBI in an 11-3 win over the Twins on Saturday.

Perez got the scoring started with an RBI double in the first and followed it up with two-run home run in the third before being removed from the blowout in the seventh. The backstop remains one of the best in fantasy and has rebounded nicely after missing the entire 2019 season.

Nola will make his first start of the season Saturday against San Francisco, catching and batting eighth, AJ Cassavell of MLB.com reports.

The late-blooming backstop missed most of the first month of the season with a broken finger. The exact playing-time split between him and Victor Caratini remains to be seen, but Nola should be set to take over as the primary option. He didn't start his first game back Wednesday and remained on the bench Friday so that Caratini could keep his role as Yu Darvish's personal catcher, but he should find himself in the lineup on a regular basis going forward.

Narvaez's strained left hamstring is expected to keep him out for roughly two weeks, Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Narvaez will be eligible to return from the injured list May 11, but it looks as though he'll need at least a few more days than that. Mario Feliciano and Luke Maile will be the Brewers' backstops for now, though Manny Pina is expected to return from his fractured toe within a week.

Marchan was optioned to the Phillies' alternate training site Saturday.

Marchan was called up to serve as catching depth Friday, but he didn't take the field. The 22-year-old will likely begin the season with Triple-A Lehigh Valley.

Realmuto (hand) will sit for the second straight game Saturday against the Mets.

Realmuto was scratched from Friday's lineup due to a sore left hand. The Phillies have yet to offer a clear timetable for his return to action. Andrew Knapp will make another start behind the plate in Realmuto's absence.

Smith isn't starting Saturday's game against Milwaukee, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

Smith will get a day off after he went 2-for-7 in the last two games. Austin Barnes will start behind the plate and bat eighth.

Jansen isn't starting Saturday's game against Atlanta.

Jansen will be on the bench for a second straight contest after he went hitless in 33 at-bats across his last 12 games. Alejandro Kirk will start behind the plate and bat ninth.

Narvaez was placed on the 10-day injured list with a strained left hamstring Saturday.

Narvaez left Friday's game against the Dodgers with the injury, which was deemed to be serious enough to sideline him for at least 10 days following additional tests. He'll be eligible to return May 11, but it's not yet clear whether or not that's a realistic possibility. Mario Feliciano was recalled in a corresponding move and will back up Luke Maile during his time with the team.
