Narvaez is not in the starting lineup for Sunday's contest against Cleveland.

Narvaez is sitting for the second time in the series despite collecting one hit in each of his last four starts. Jacob Nottingham is getting the nod behind the dish and is batting ninth in his place.

Sattlings went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 6-2 loss to the Reds.

He took Anthony DeSclafani deep in the fourth inning, but it was the last run the Bucs would score on the night. Stallings is slashing a strong .293/.376/.415 with two homers and 13 RBI in 27 games this season.

Barnhart went 1-for-3 with a walk and a home run in Saturday's 6-2 win over the Pirates.

He was the opening act for the Eugenio Suarez Experience in this one -- Barnhart's third-inning shot plated the first Cincinnati run, and the rest came on three blasts by Suarez. Barnhart has had a tough year at the plate, slashing .186/.278/.343, but two of his three homers have come in his last three starts.

D'Arnaud went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run Saturday against the Nationals.

D'Arnaud took Erick Fedde deep in the third inning for his sixth home run of the season and second in his past two starts. The performance also extended his hitting streak to five games, during which he's gone 8-for-20 with five RBI and five runs scored. Overall, d'Arnaud is hitting .333/.376/.581 across 101 plate appearances.

Vazquez went 3-for-5 with a stolen base and two runs scored in Saturday's 9-8 win over the Blue Jays.

Vazquez's three hits were all singles. He scored on a Jackie Bradley homer in the second inning. In the ninth, Vazquez singled, stole second, advanced to third on an error and then beat the throw home on Yairo Munoz's groundball. The three-hit effort gave Vazquez a .266/.321/.403 slash line with four homers, 16 runs scored, 12 RBI and two steals in 35 games this year.

Nola has been taking reps at second and third base and could play any of the four infield positions, if needed, Dennis Lin of The Athletic reports.

Nola was acquired from the Mariners on Aug. 30 and has made each of his four starts at catcher since that time. However, he made two starts at first base earlier this season with the Mariners and also switched to third base during one contest. Nola figures to spend most of his time with San Diego at catcher, but his defensive versatility could allow him to get a few more at-bats over the course of the season with both Jason Castro and Luis Campusano (hand) in line for starts behind the plate.

Nido (undisclosed) has been cleared to resume baseball activities and returned to the Mets' player pool Saturday, Justin Toscano of The Bergen Record reports.

Nido landed on the injured list in late August for undisclosed reasons, though it appears to be COVID-19 related. He should be ready to go before too long, though Robinson Chirinos has since joined the team, which could mean Nido is no longer needed.

McGuire was optioned to the Blue Jays' alternate training site Saturday, Mike Wilner of Sportsnet 590 The Fan reports.

McGuire will remain with the taxi squad for the team's road trip, so he could be available in an emergency situation. The 25-year-old saw limited time behind the plate during his time on the major-league roster and hit .073 with a solo home run and 11 strikeouts over 41 at-bats. Caleb Joseph's contract was selected in a corresponding move, and he should serve as the backup catcher going forward.

Smith is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Rockies, Jorge Castillo of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Smith has looked quite good in his last eight games, hitting .280/.455/.720. Austin Barnes takes over behind the plate in his absence.

Perez (shoulder) isn't in Saturday's lineup against Milwaukee.

Perez will sit for a second consecutive game after he was removed from Wednesday's contest with right shoulder fatigue. Sandy Leon will start behind the plate Saturday.
