Jacob Stallings C | BAL
Pirates' Jacob Stallings: Ourighted to Triple-A
Stallings (neck) ended his rehab assignment and was outrighted to Triple-A Indianapolis on Friday, Adam Berry of MLB.com reports.
Stallings completed his rehab assignment and went unclaimed on the waiver wire before being sent to the minors. Geoff Hartlieb was added to the 40-man roster and called up from Triple-A in a corresponding move.

Michael Perez C | BAL
Rays' Michael Perez: Remains weeks away
Perez (oblique) is making progress but remains weeks away from getting back on the field, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Initial reports when Perez landed on the injured list with a right oblique strain suggested that Perez would miss 2-to-3 weeks, but it's now been over a week and the timeline appears to be roughly the same. With Mike Zunino (quadriceps) also injured, the Rays have since acquired both Travis d'Arnaud and Erik Kratz, so it's unclear where exactly a healthy Perez would fit in the pecking order.

Anthony Bemboom C | DET
Rays' Anthony Bemboom: Out 4-to-6 weeks
Bemboom won't need surgery on his sprained knee but will nevertheless miss 4-to-6 weeks, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Bemboom appeared in just three games before heading to the injured list. He was only on the roster due to injuries to Mike Zunino (quadriceps) and Michael Perez (oblique), so he may not have a job to come back to once healthy.
