Vazquez is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Blue Jays, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

Since being recalled from Triple-A Pawtucket prior to the weekend, Vazquez looks to have positioned himself atop the Red Sox's depth chart at catcher. He's started the previous two games while going 3-for-7 at the dish, and will only be out of the lineup Sunday for maintenance purposes with the Red Sox playing a day game. Ryan Hanigan will spell Vazquez in the series finale.

Realmuto is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Braves, according to MLB.com's Joe Frisaro.

Realmuto went just 1-for-12 over his last three games, and the Marlins are playing a day game Sunday following a night game, so manager Don Mattingly decided to give his regular catcher a day off. Jeff Mathis will start behind the plate for the Marlins on Sunday afternoon.

Rupp is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Nationals, according to MLB.com's Todd Zolecki.

Rupp homered and tallied another hit in Saturday's loss to the Nationals, but he will be held out Sunday with the Phillies playing an early afternoon affair. Carlos Ruiz will get the start behind the plate in Rupp's place.

Casali will get the start at catcher and bat seventh in the order Sunday against the White Sox, Roger Mooney of the Tampa Tribune reports.

On at least a temporary basis, Casali seems to have usurped Hank Conger for regular duties behind the plate, as this marks his third straight start. Casali is slashing just .176/.222/.235 on the season and bats in the bottom third of the Rays' order, so he doesn't seem to have a particularly high ceiling for meaningful fantasy production.

D'Arnaud (elbow) isn't in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Indians.

D'Arnaud ended up exiting in the seventh inning of Saturday's game after being struck in the elbow by a pitch, but it doesn't look like he's dealing with anything more severe than bruising, as X-rays after the game came back negative. Even before suffering the injury, d'Arnaud was scheduled to receive Sunday off in favor of Kevin Plawecki, so his absence doesn't appear particularly worrisome. D'Arnaud could be ready to go as soon as Monday's series opener against the Phillies.

Contreras went 3-for-5 with a double and run scored for Triple-A Iowa on Saturday.

Contreras is still looking for his first home run of the season, but he's slashing .429/.474/.543 in 35 at-bats for Iowa. He's one of the best prospects in the Cubs' system, and with Kyle Schwarber (knee) out for the year, there's a possibility he'll catch a few games in the majors this summer.

D'Arnaud has been diagnosed with a bruised elbow after being hit by a pitch in Saturday's game against the Indians, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports. X-rays taken on d'Arnaud's elbow came back negative.

D'Arnaud was hit on the arm in the seventh inning of Saturday's game against the Indians and was replaced behind the plate by Kevin Plawecki. Fortunately, his elbow is merely bruised and there is no structural damage to the area. That said, the Mets may give d'Arnaud an off day Sunday to give him extra time to recover. If that's the case Sunday, look for Kevin Plawecki to get the start behind the plate for the Mets.

D'Arnaud left Saturday's game in the seventh inning after being hit by a pitch in his second at-bat, Matt Ehalt of The Record reports.

The team has yet to announce whether d'Arnaud was removed for precautionary reasons or whether he did suffer an injury after being hit on the arm by a Zach McAllister offering. Regardless, d'Arnaud is done for the day and has been replaced behind the plate by Kevin Plawecki. The Mets will likely release an update on d'Arnaud's status following Saturday's contest.

Lavisky was transferred to the 7-day DL on Saturday with a right ankle sprain.

The 25-year-old is an organizational soldier at catcher and should not be on the radar of fantasy owners in most formats.

Perez is out of the lineup Saturday against the Athletics.

Manager Ned Yost alluded to the possibility of giving Perez an off day earlier in the week, so it's not entirely surprising that the All-Star catcher is out of the lineup Saturday. Drew Butera will take his place behind the plate Saturday, but Perez figures to draw back in Sunday following his off day.
