Heim went 2-for-4 with a home run and five RBI in Sunday's 12-3 win over the Mariners.
Heim opened the scoring with a two-run single in the first inning and closed out the Rangers' offense with a three-run blast in the sixth. The catcher is hot with four multi-hit efforts and 13 RBI during his active eight-game hitting streak, during which he's gone 12-for-30 (.400). He's up to an excellent .293/.345/.478 slash line with seven homers, 46 RBI, 31 runs scored, 13 doubles and two stolen bases through 50 contests overall.

Gabriel Moreno C | ARI

Moreno is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against Atlanta.

Gary Sanchez C | MIL
Padres' Gary Sanchez: Resting Sunday
Sanchez is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Cubs, Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
The Padres have shown no hesitation about breaking Sanchez in as a full-time player since he was claimed off waivers from the Mets early last week. The 30-year-old has picked up starts at either designated hitter or catcher in each of the last five games, going 5-for-17 with a pair of home runs, four RBI and two additional runs. Austin Nola will get a turn behind the plate Sunday, but Sanchez still looks like the Padres' preferred catching option for the time being.

Murphy started the first two games of the series in Arizona and will take a seat for Sunday afternoon's contest. Travis d'Arnaud will start behind the plate with righty Michael Soroka on the mound for Atlanta.

Elias Diaz C | TEX
Rockies' Elias Diaz: Receives breather Sunday

Shea Langeliers C | ATH
Athletics' Shea Langeliers: Multi-hit effort in Saturday's loss
Langeliers went 2-for-4 with an RBI single in a loss to the Marlins on Saturday.
Langeliers' timely eighth-inning knock spared the Athletics from a shutout defeat and served as his second multi-hit effort in the last six games. The young backstop has already set new career bests in home runs (seven) and RBI (25) through his first 50 games, but his 29.1 percent strikeout rate and a drop in line-drive rate from last season's 22 percent to 15.7 percent are conspiring to keep his average and on-base percentage at an unpalatable .215 and .286, respectively.

Nick Fortes C | TB
Marlins' Nick Fortes: Receives Sunday off
Fortes is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the A's, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

William Contreras C | MIL
Brewers' William Contreras: Gets day off Sunday
Contreras is not in the starting lineup versus the Reds on Sunday.
Contreras gets a day off after going 2-for-4 with a homer and two runs in the Brewers' win over the Reds on Saturday. The backstop will get a breather for the series finale against Cincinnati with Victor Caratini getting the start at catcher in his absence.

Jake Rogers C | DET
Tigers' Jake Rogers: Starting Sunday
Rogers is starting at catcher and batting eighth in Sunday's game against the White Sox.
Eric Haase continues to serve as the team's primary catcher, but he'll get the day game off, which opens up a start for Rogers. The latter is batting just .156, though he's managed six home runs in 36 games, giving him some all-or-nothing appeal at the plate.
